Royal Dimex 

We made contact in october 2023 investor £250 on the 23/10 23 on the 18/12 I requester the account be closed 0n £900. Keep the getting calls from mr Martin Costa who tried to get money out of my account he was not successful told him ro close account and refund the £900 but not a word except to request more money , this is a scam

My initial experience with Royal Dimex was good as I had someone to instruct me into the world of 'online trading' and had an online visual of funds. I was led to believe that it was a genuine organisation as I had regular contact and was able to ask questions until I transferred my hard earned cash ... first £5,000 then £2,500 and a further £10,000.

When it came to withdrawing a portion of my money, I was shown a screenshot of money due to be released to my bank account within 72 hrs which did not happen! Surprisingly ...all contact stopped, no whatsapp was going through, no-one is picking up calls (irrespective of time called), instead I receive an automated message to say 'all operators are busy at this time, please wait and your call will be answered by the next available operator', and no response to my emails.

THEY sucked me in, hook, line and sinker... I sunk!!!

After having watched an Ad on Youtube (removed some days after) I registered w/ Royal Dimex on October 27th.
I got a website with graphics and started seing good profits, so I added several thounsands of € to my wallet. The profits went more and more good (too good!). But when I wanted to recall part of my investments, I got a mail from a probably fake Blockchain support, asking me to send 270€ to a wallet, that would have send back to me in 1hr. With fear, I made it and my 270€ came back as told. Then I got another email asking for 710€. WoW! Asked my trader, he told that it was Blockchain.com that, sometime, wants to check the investors and does so, and that the total exchanges could have arrived to 7. I asked the amount to do the 7th and....they asked 16890€. Obviously, I haven't sent them. So, my thought is that the bug is between Royal Dimex and the crypto wallets (I tried 3 of them, unsuccesfully) and, being fine in seconds the recalls of some spare € of my 3 crypto wallets to my bank account, it means the issue is Royal Dimex.

The service I received truely amazed me; they truely are excellent at looking after their clients.

This platform is very dangerous. They are trying to fool the people. Don’t try to invest a single money on this platform. This is what I experienced. First and last don’t invest money on this platform . Royal Dimex is an online scam brokerage company, first of all their website looks so professional but if you do a proper research you can find out that they don’t have any license or regulation .This is a major threat for your investment because it means that they are not authorized to operate in the market. They offer a variety of investment options like automated trading software, guaranteed high profits % ,high bonuses or management of your account with any amount which all ends up as just scamming schemes . So be aware that if you decide to open an account and deposit your money in their platform you might never take them back.

You will never be able to find out who are they because they hide their real identity and location. So please be careful when you decide to start investing with such companies, read reviews to get more information on how to avoid trading with scam companies.



How does Royal Dimex works?

There are different steps they follow to persuade you to be their client. First of all you will receive a call from an unknown person representing the company in the best way possible then they transfer you to a sales representative who is more professional and ask you to open an account and do a minimum deposit. The last but most important step, after you do the minimum deposit you will be in touch with the smart scammer who introduce him\herself as your financial advisor or account manager. They’re the big deal! All they have to do is consistently ask you for more money. They follow you up by giving the best options of investments, promising big profits which always sounds too good to be true. They are smart enough to keep you active even by playing in your account in different ways. After you have invested a particular amount and you ask for a withdrawal things will totally change.

A very important fact is that all the deposits you do in their platform goes straight forward in their personal wallet address and not in your trading account , all you will see in your account will be virtual and fake credit. Be careful when you see that most of the trades they open in your account are in high profits , you should be aware that they can even modify the entry points in your trades just so they appear in high profits . This is a way of them proving you their professionalism just to gain your trust in order for you to deposit more money.



Withdrawals

If you have all the red flags that you are trading with a scam broker all you need to do is ask for a withdrawal. Hurry up to stop it before it’s too late.

As soon as you will do a withdrawal request of a considerable amount from your account they will start to act differently, the first thing they will try is to change your mind by saying that the account needs your capital to be safe or it’s not the right moment . If you don’t change your mind than they will delay the process as much as possible giving nonsense reasons like you got opened trades , high negativity etc. One of the reasons why they delay the withdrawal process is to prevent you doing a chargeback. If they got no other solution to take more money they will just stop contacting you.

I find this platform dangerous:
Firstly, there is no option to delete your own account, which is very unethical!
Furthermore, they called me, keeping me on the phone for half an hour, only to ultimately persuade me to buy training courses from another company: RolloLearn.

And finally, when the "broker," as he called himself, realized he couldn't proceed with me, he insulted me via email (I have the proof email) and sexually offended me.
What do you think of a company that employs such individuals for marketing?
This review is for Royaldimex because I registered on their platform based on the recommendation of one of their consultants who not only helped me with the registration but also redirected me to other platforms.
Furthermore, they claimed I could purchase a specific coin I was looking for, which was not listed.
Lastly, the sexually offensive remarks were followed by insults in subsequent emails (all of which can be documented).
Therefore, this review is for Royadimex, which chooses to engage in this type of marketing.
Beware of people who behave this way.
