These kind of false reviews really hurt our business
Royal dry cleaners in Sheen is to be avoided. They ruined a cherished cashmere top and it is now completely unwearable.
I complained to the female manageress who was rude and aggressive. She refused point blank to accept any responsibility. Avoid at all costs, go elsewhere.

Dreadful since they have new owners
I had to go back 3 times as cardigan was not ready, some stupid story about being sent to another cleaners down the road. However when I got it home it was clear it had NOT been cleaned
Do not use this appalling place unless you want to be ripped off

We don’t clean clothes off site, are you sure you have the correct Royal Dry Cleaners? This is the one on Chiswick High Road
This is the second and last time I’ll have an overcoat cleaned here. Coat still smelt stale. Tried to convince me that it was dry cleaning fluid smell. Don’t piss on my boots and tell me it’s raining. Coat wasn’t even buttoned or shaped. If you can’t do it properly, don’t do it at all.

I do all my alterations for trousers here, I am quite short so you can imagine I have many trousers that need altering! The length and fitting is perfect everytime the stitching looks like nothing was even done. I do all my clothing and work outfits here too the pictures is of my work trouser
Very friendly and professional service from all of the staff. I have used the shop for alterations as well as dry cleaning and everything has always been carried out to the highest possible standard for a fair price. I have plan to continue using this dry cleaners and would recommend highly to others.
