The shirt images were printed completely wrong and the whole image had white and black square edges. The images had no edges but they were printed anyway. All the images are ruined and cannot be used. Customer service does not respond to any messages via email or WhatsApp. On the website the company claims that they have a right to return, but if customer service does not respond then how could the return work. Complete rubbish and a complete waste of money. In addition to the products came DHL shipping fees and customs, so it became expensive.
Respond to the complaint as a responsible company should.
Waste of money and time.
Do not trust under any circumstances, especially if it is a customer job for you.

I ordered around 80pc of prints and only 2 had to be sold as 2nd rate because of some kind of dust beween the film and the vinyl. (not the clothing.) their customer service is non-existent so I recommend sending them a whats app message since that was the only one that answered.

Quality was good, bright colors and they arrived the same week I ordered. The only minus is the 2 busted up pictures, the customer services silence and unknown custom. which was around 35 euros but would had been nice to know.

Avoid this supplier. It's a huge scam:
1- The price is listed in euros. But I paid much more because the payment was made in Macedonian denars. So I had to pay bank fees (nothing on the website mentions this). My order was €78.50, but I actually paid €80.43.
2- I had to pay over €60 in customs duties, even though there was no indication on their website that the goods were being shipped outside Europe.
3- When I finally received the labels after paying the customs duties, I realised that they were unusable because they had been printed in mirror image. So the text is backwards!
What's more, they don't reply to emails. So for now, I've lost €140!!!
This practice is misleading and dishonest.

Ordered a few times now, still had no problems. Quick delivery and great quality.

I had an issue with dhl, non royaldtf related and they where very friendly and accommodating! The order got send back, but they resend it free of charge for my troubles. They have since changed there site and order process, making it easier to purchase if you live in my country (Belgium) no more customtaxes which makes it faster and cheaper. The quality was outstanding. I just ordered a new batch of transfers. Can’t wait!

At first order I was skeptical because the site is located in another country. But I am safe to say that RoyalDTF really delivers what they promise. I’ts crazy how fast they print and ship. I have ordered 3 seperate times and every time I got my order within 1,5 day within eu. I will always order from here. Thank you!
