The best were ordered in December and I still have not got my second battery in spite of numerous emails.All I get in response is a I generated responses.

Absolutely, horrible customer service.
I ordered a supple leather Italian jacket in XL. It took over a week to arrive in the UK from China, and when I received it, turned out it was polyurethane leather and a Chinese size XL, which is a US size Small. Both of which are stated on the label in the jacket, yet no mention of this on the website. I contacted Royalelysian for a refund, but no reply. Had to claim a refund via my credit card, which took a couple of months to resolve.
Scam, don’t buy anything, you will never see any delivery or refund

I ordered the interactive robotic plush puppy but it was NOT the same as the toy advertised online or even on the box it came in. Also this toy was mailed in a very flimsy little box and, not surprisingly, it arrived damaged. I tried to contact them at the email address they provided but apparently that email address is not operable.
They don’t deserve 1 star. I purchased some pickleball trainers which I wish to return. The shoes are cheap looking and don’t fit well but I paid over £50 for them. I just can’t get a reply. Emails just get an email back saying they are moving warehouses. No personal contact. I can’t find an address either. So I don’t recommend buying anything from them.
