Always LOVED their chicken - tasty, decent size, etc. This time, a breast and two wings which were very small and very little meat with too much breading. Overdone and hardly worth the price. Our local Acme chicken is great and much cheaper, but was out of the area.

Food ok. Cashiers civil . Stop to use Apple Pay to pay for gas hasn’t worked in months in the Columbia NC store. No receipt. 🙄Main reason for stopping.

The Royal Farm Store on Dundalk Ave, MD, has got to be legit, the most ghetto Rofo around that way. The nighttime staff will outright ignore you , vs doing what they’re being paid to do, They’ll refuse to provide certain services i.e. cash app deposits and/or lottery etc. and they don’t even try to provide some poor excuse as to why they can’t/wont, they literally will just tell you they’re not doing it. But those are the far & few between moments when they’re actually inside the store, as opposed to being outside smoking, talking & texting on their phones, having zero self respect hanging all over some guy or another. If they weren’t made to wear the blue shirts that said royal farm, you wouldn’t be able to distinguish the difference between them & the $5 dollar hookers that walk up and down Dundalk Ave. They have zero interest in actually working, around the store or with customers. The store is an absolute disgusting mess. I’m surprised that the health board hasn’t actually shut it down yet. I’ve been in there while they’ve had expired sandwiches and things of that sort still in the shelves from days before. And this is all not mentioning the fact that it’s absolutely unsafe even be in there at night. The last time that I did go in there at night time there was some woman outside that literally physically harassed me trying to get me to give her money as I was walking in the store. I tried to advise the cashier that this woman was outside, actually putting her hands on people trying to pull money out of their pockets and she said that’s not her problem I definitely don’t advise going to that store for any reason. Four minutes down the road on Eastern Avenue is an amazing Wawa, where you’ll be in and out in minutes rather than standing there forever waiting for the cashier to actually come inside and do her job.

The Ro Fo I use on 11905 Market Way Middle River, Maryland has the worst staff & store manager of anyone or any store I've been to. They stopped selling an item I would buy almost daily for the last 5 years. (so she says) The store manager & I had words one time so the next few times I went in asking for this item, she told me they stopped making it so they can't get it any longer. Before she told me they don't order their stock because their store stock is just sent randomly so all they have is what they their sent. The last time I went she told me the company stopped making it so that's why they don't carry anymore. My question to her last time I was there, "why does Food Lion, Sheetz, Exxon & other stores still sell it but they no longer make the item for your store?" she said well go there to get it! Then she ignored me and walked behind the patrician they have behind the counter. Her behavior is unacceptable! The 1st time I ever asked why they were out for almost 2 weeks she said we only get what we get! I asked why can you not look into this? She didn't like me asking her that so from then on when I would go in, they were always out of my brand!! She does NOT need to be working w/ the public if she doesn't know anything about customer service. I have not been to a ro fo anywhere for months now because of this. I'm sure I'm not the only customer she's offended!! I live a mile roundtrip from the store on Market Way so most of the times I have to walk because I' legally blind and cannot drive. Now, I have to take a lyft to a store and that's when I can afford it! Not fair! She'll get what's coming one day because I know EXACTLY why she treats me so snotty! I know exactly why & it's nothing to do w/ what I want to buy! It's obvious! Well, my money is green to! smh!

We were so excited to try the fried chicken as we had heard how delicious it was. Place was very clean, employees were nice. The chicken was dry, hard and over cooked as if it was left over and reheated. Gravy was so salty we had to discard it. The only redeeming factor was the biscuit. Maybe step back and regroup, this place has had time to get the kinks by now. I can't tell you how disappointed we were.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose that option. Most stores I visit the employees are extremely unhappy. and the people in management shouldn't be. I suggest Wawa
