My name is Shaik Irfan. I had a hair transplant in Royal Hair Istanbul on 28 Jan 2025 now four months completed and not seen any improvement in my hair and the result is very wrost as my donor are is also got impacted not getting the hair in my donor area and the implanted area. They are not professional and they charge extra money for medical kit which is not useful. I request to the people don’t go with hair transplant in Turkey specially with Royal Hair as results are not good it’s wasting money, health and time.

I request to Royal Hair Istanbul to reimburse my money as your treatment didn’t work.

My experience with Royal Hair: We got off to a good start, although the program was modified along the way; it was 80% fulfilled.
RH could have had a more ergonomic operating table. They should also have at least one of the three nurses with basic English to answer questions along the way. We agree that the lunch break during the operation wasn't important. But the nurses should also have shown some empathy for the patient and pretended they wanted to leave as soon as the operation was over (they even left before me). The extra costs, while not mandatory, should also have been disclosed in advance: if the follicles were not reached in the nape of the neck, they could be removed from the beard or freckles, which was €250 in addition, and the after care kit was another €250.
I would add points if RH reported on possible side effects of anesthesia: head deformation, partial paralysis of the face (which can last up to 3 weeks after the procedure), thereby avoiding the scare that could remain like this permanently, or worsen.
The person who, in my opinion, stood out (via WhatsApp) was Sara, who not only responded immediately but was always very attentive and efficient. I didn't subtract another star from my evaluation because of her.

I did this with my brother we both got around 5100 grafts, and it was his birthday present so we did it together and let me tell you! This was an outstanding experience I’m not gonna lie. Definitely did my research before making my decision and i do not regret it one bit. I spoke with Fiona and she was the most direct and transparent with our initial conversation compared to other companies i spoke to. They don’t charge per graft which was great and they’re transparent with the cost just make sure you get all your questions in. Hotel was AMAZING! transfers were great! Procedure was a bit tough as expected Ofcourse not going to lie because of the local anesthesia I’m not a big fan of needles so everyone may react differently to them. Just make sure you speak up about how you feel during the procedure. They do provide you with after procedure care so it was a plus. Communication was great even after the procedure. One thing I highly recommend is to come in a few nights early not just one day early, this way you give yourself time to not only explore but rest up from the jet lag. If you’re in the process of choosing DO NOT HESITATE this was the BEST deal in Turkey!

I come across their website though social media and after considering other clinics also potentially doing it in the UK I decided to go ahead with royal hair instanbal the whole experience has been amazing so far even so I only give 2 days notice after booking my ticket still wasn’t any problem for them so i didn’t just got my hair done but also I had dental implant done too during this process I have been talking with a lady called Fiona she just been amazing nothing is too much always there to help support and answer any question , hotel was ok so the drivers always punctual ,I’m honestly really happy now is just waiting process with my hair , I can’t wait to go back for my crown in September/October for now just want to say thank you to Fiona and the whole team.

Thanks to Rezarta, my personal assistant that explained me and organized the trip from Italy to Albania for hair transplant.

I had my hair transplant at Royal Hair Transplant, Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamlessly arranged, making the process smooth and stress-free.

A huge shoutout to Rezarta, who took excellent care of me from start to finish! She ensured my airport pickup was hassle-free, coordinated everything at the hospital, and guided me through every step of the journey. Her constant follow-ups after the procedure, checking on my progress and answering all my questions, made me feel truly valued as a patient.

The entire medical team was highly skilled and professional, making the transplant process comfortable and efficient. The post-op care and PRP session were handled with great attention to detail, and the results so far have been very promising.

Rezarta was very professional, understanding and easy to work with. Took care of all the transits to and from the hospital, to the hotel and airport. She even helped try to locate a taxi that my wife had accidentally left her backpack that had a few items of minor value. She translated and seemed to at times get after the workers at the hospital for not bringing me water when I had asked a couple of times. I think the only real issue/disappointment is had was with the hotel staff. Beware, even those guys are trying to rip you off. I needed a special adapter to charge my phone and laptop and both times was overcharged for the adapter, I only found out because the 2nd guy tried to charge me double, but when I called him out on it he folded like a lawn chair. It was then that I realized that I couldn't really trust them 100%. Would honestly have given 4 maybe 4.5 stars, but Rezarta made up for their short comings.

One of the reasons I chose Royal Hair Clinic was the quick availability of a surgery date, which was very convenient for my schedule. However, there are a few aspects I’d like to address. Despite confirming the final price for the surgery in advance and sending photos of the areas that needed attention, I was asked to pay extra euros for an additional donor area, which was not previously agreed upon. I recommend keeping some extra funds available in case of unexpected charges.

Another issue was that the crown area was not filled as thoroughly as I had expected. Very few follicles were implanted in this area, which was disappointing. Additionally, it became clear that more follicles from the chest and beard would have been necessary to properly cover the recipient area.

I also noticed that the clinic staff had limited English proficiency, so it might be useful for future patients to have a translation tool or service prepared.

Overall, while I appreciated the organization and care provided by Fiona, I believe some aspects of the procedure could have been handled better. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

After the surgery, I experienced significant swelling on my face for several days. After researching, I found that some hair transplant doctors suggest this could be related to hygiene, but the consultant assured me it was a normal part of the healing process. After 5-6 days, the swelling did subside.

One concern I have is that the crown area wasn't covered as thoroughly as expected. Very few follicles were implanted in this area. After an 8-hour surgery, I was too exhausted to discuss this with the doctor, but I feel it could have been addressed better.

Overall, I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Extremely unfavorable experience. The initial agreed price was not respected, and an additional €500 was subsequently charged. The procedure was carried out with the eyes covered, motivated by the use of a substance considered harmful to vision.

I found myself very well, quality service and welcoming staff, everything very clean and a professional environment. All these things made this experience beautiful.
