I contacted Royal London by telephone to arrange closing my pension and setting up an annuity. It was quick and easy to get through to talk to a member of their team.
My case was handled by Judy R-W of the Annuity Guidance Team. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient and went above and beyond to guide me through the closing process and helped me find a very good deal in setting up my annuity.
It is so refreshing to get this level of service, as so many other businesses do not seem offer this quality of customer care these days.

I just wanted to speak with someone!!! I am a 79 year old lady who took out a Life Insurance a few years ago. Not a lot Enough for my sons to bury me with. I just needed to ask someone if I was being “scammed” by an offer offer-writing my will on behalf of Royal London lost count of so many phone calls I made. Got through once. Sorry “wrong department “. I tried on line No catagory for my question I wrote a question (I think). I had been trying for two hours by now !!!! I got a “no reply” text from Complaints department “. They would Ring Me Shortly” 24 hours later I am still waiting. Yet another company that makes no concessions for age We do not know how to talk to these Robotic voices I only want to ask a very simple question. Please please. Also when I tried to do it on line to a life insurance department The Voice was asking for my bank details 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵. Please help me Royal London
