First 5 minutes I won the grand which was 14k. I couldn't believe it was real money because of all the terrible reviews I read on here. I lost half of it and cashed out half. Money was in my bank account 3 days later. I only started with $300. I am so shocked at how much I won instantly. I've been waiting for my payout for over 3 weeks now and they continue to reject my withdrawal and not tell me the reason why. I was enjoying the Royal reels experience extremely, and payID stopped so did the fun, I have to do payments 2 or 3 times before it's successful, it freezes constantly and I don't know what happened but my account was selected to remove payID and I was notified afterwards, I hope it doesn't happen everyone but I really don't want to play the other sites pokies the best was Royal reels. This site is rigged beyond belief, not only is it impossible to get a win more then 25% of the bet size. But when you buy a feature you are lucky if u get 5x your bet size ($100buy $5 retrurn)
You are better off going to a casino or pub as the odds are better of you winning than this site.

Do not risk your money. It's not even considered gambling when you don't receive the payout after winning. You can say goodbye to the $50 you deposited. Even if you were lucky enough to change that $50 to $150, your withdrawal request will magically be completed but have no funds in your bank account.

BEWARE of this SITE THEY ARE A SCAM! Won a few thousand over a couple of days and while they did honour the wins they also withdrew up to $1700 over several debits ranging between 30 - $90 never saw a cent back.

2 Withdrawals never came and hasn't come this is unfair to honest players i had one withdrawal on the 18th and another on the 19th both never came and they say completed will not be going to them again if i dont get my withdrawal all up over 1.2k

Never had a problem with this casino. Infact the main (almost only) casino i use anymore.. Withdrawals and deposits never an issue. However i withdrew $7k 14th jan.. it sat there for close to 48hours, i thought sweet. Usually its in your bank account with a few hours after that...
Its now Half an hour til its the 18th jan. Havent been able to contact them.. look in transaction and game history... not a single thing on the 14th.. search history for the game i won on. Nothing. I hope this is simply due to whatever is causing delays on their deposits or something... 🤷🏼‍♀️Have planned to use most of it on medical/health related costs. I really hope they pay!
