HORRIBLE lack of customer service.. I feel like I got scammed
First, I requested expedited shipping which was 3-5 business days. I got my order 3 weeks later. Next, a portion of my order was missing. It was a buy one get one free....I ordered the VVS 2 row Moissanite ring with some stud earrings as my free product. Ring was nice for not even a week.... someone else admiring it on my finger notice 2 stones missing. I was in such disbelief and embarrassed!! I went to the website to the "contact us" tab and let them know of my issues and got no response. I sent a pic of the ring, I griped about the shipping time and the missing earrings and nothing. I sent them my concerns several times and got absolutely nothing. A bad experience all the way around. I'm writing this review now almost 3 months later and still my issue hasn't been addressed. I see why there are no reviews for this sham of a company smh. This isn't the company for Moissanite jewelry...might as well go to the TikTok shop!!
