Lovely stay for Easter with my family

Lovely stay for Easter with my family, rooms perfect food perfect entertainment was not what I expected.
We go for a hotel for the entertainment as this is what makes our stay perfect.
I have no idea who you had on Friday night as host but he was shocking, I went to the bar and someone else said the same thing, gay innuendos do not go down well, my son is gay and even he felt awful.

You had someone on Monday night now he was brilliant, you should keep him on or your going to loose guests.

Disappointed

Nice lovely hotel, last time we were there the entertainment was brilliant, the compare was so good getting everyone involved and was funny, great singer. So we booked again rubbish, don’t know who he was but he tried to be funny not, nobody was listening to him am sure I’ve seen him before in a duo in another hotel, he didn’t go down well then ether.
It’s such a shame you change your compare because that is what makes a hotel, the one we seen was small, glasses spiky hair, and that is why we booked.
Guess we’ll be going somewhere else, you really need to get him on every night, he makes a massive difference to your hotel, you can have good food nice room but it’s entertainment that makes a hotel.

The staff are very helpful and cheery

The staff are very helpful and cheery, Kezz on reception couldn't do enough for us. The bar staff and dining room staff are very polite and always have a smile for you. The rooms were clean and very spacious, most of the evening entertainment were very good.

Very welcoming on arrival

Very welcoming on arrival. Dinner in the evening was gammon steak When asked for a sharp knife I was informed they didn’t have any. Dinner the second night had a good selection of choices, only down side was the young waitress who had very long hair, who did have it in a ponytail but hanging down in front of her. Very unhygienic the hair was hovering over anything she served. Im glad to say she wasn’t serving us. The break was enjoyable and the entertainment was second to none. Just needs a few nips here and there.
