Unprofessional behaviour, No fulfillment of commitment, always lying & never received the material

They do not send the items, they ignore your emails, clearly a scam. I should have read reviews before buying anything from their site

Should have checked Trustpilot first. Ordered a back rack for my Royal Enfield. You guessed it - never delivered and no reply to emails. How come Visa card allow them to be paid via their network?

Avoid like the plague. A bunch of parasites too idle to get proper jobs.

After dealing with Royal Spares MY CREDIT CARD HAD FRAUDULENT amounts. It may not be Royal Spares but has anyone else had this problem after dealing with them?

I thought scammers who do not send goods. This went to the credit card company and I got a refund.
UPDATE the item arrived some months later after the card company had refunded me. I messaged the company and offered to pay for it and they did not reply again! So not a scam site just very disorganised.

They are frauds.... this is not a legit company. They steal money, don't reply to emails and never send the goods... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

same old story. ordered exhaust for my Lambretta. Thats the last I heard from them.No response to my e mails for weeks. Now going to try and recover money via my credit card company. AVOID this company

Ordered a tool roll. Received order confirmation then nothing.

No too roll, no reply to any communication.

Had to pursue a refund through my bank.

Their Facebook page has several similar stories.
