The company delivered the wrong sauna

The company delivered the wrong sauna. We had to wait 2 months for the correct sauna to be delivered.
They then have refused to adhere to the 12 warranty on the heater and also the digital controller.
On top of this point if contact Robin is extremely rude.
We have had to escalate to the ombudsman.
