Have had the products for years haven't had issues but the fact that it is so incredibly easy to burn your hands badly which I have once before on the lids of all their cooking appliances makes no sense to me ... Very stupid design
I have some knife kit with 30 years guarantee. No surprise that some of them are broken but the fabulous lifetime guarantee card is useless since there is.. no way to use it. They do not respond to my request. AVOID.
It's a scam company. They have nothing to do with Switzerland. They are based in Bangladesh or India.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
After a couple of weeks of use, the spring on the lid failed. Now the lid opens when water is poured making it dangerous to use.
I tried contacting the seller on EBay.
But they didn't want to know as it was more than 4 weeks after I bought it.
Rubbish don't buy one.
I have contacted Royalty line on no less than five occasions to make a complaint about a kettle which is supposed to be energy efficient yet takes nearly 10min to boil half a kettle of water. Not once have they had the decency to acknowledge my complaint.
Save yourselves the stress and don't buy royaltyline products!
