Order never received

I placed an order on May 25 2026 - Royanusa charged my credit card the next day for the full amount. As of July 3rd, not only have I not received the merchandise but I have no way of contacting them. Every lead I get just runs me around in circles!

This Company is a scam avoid at all costs.

This Company is a scam. They fraudulently take your money with no intention of providing the goods. As they are a chinese company clearly they think they can get away with it.
I have now read the other reviews who all have had the same experience. I have no less than 40 emails from their scam help centre.
I am now taking this up though my credit card provider. I am also raising the issue with our trading standards and The advertising Standards agency.
I am also raising the issue with State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR): the Chinese equivalent of trading standards.
This company advertise extensively on microsoft games that should have been a warning in itself.
A report to microsoft will follow but I will not hold my breath on that one.
Others reading this may wish to email their help centre the izzy one Inundate them and tell them that you are sending reports to all the above especially the Chinese standards.
However to all other readers AVOID this company like the plague.

Everything happened the same as the…

Everything happened the same as the last 8 reviewers. No-one seems to want to help. The transport company Aramex, tracking company Trak17.com, and most of all the seller. Apparently my parcel (from what I can make out) is one day it's missing, the next it's been attempted to deliver, then delivered and put in the letterbox (on a Saturday? and if it was I'd like to know how they planned to fit 10 shirts into my letterbox). I don't know why they are allowed to still advertise. It's been about 30 days now, so I guess I'll give up. Which is what they want anyway. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered from their site may 18th. It's now June 27th and we still haven't received the order. They said it was delivered but it never was. They said they could try to redeliver if we gave them an extra $15.00 for shipping. Then they said they'd refund the the money. Well still haven't gotten money. What a complete scam

This company is a SCAM

This company is a scam. They give you a fictitious Tracking no. and fictitious updates for month after month. You contact 'Izzy' who is also an imaginary person, and claims 'delivered'. When you contest this, she asks for an additional $15 to pursue an investigation.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM>
