We booked a sixteen seater minibus and a seven seater people mover for guests at our daughter's wedding. Both vehicles were of a very good standard and spotlessly clean, the drivers were excellent and everything was bang on time. Based on our experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We've used Roy's Travels three times for airport transfers from Cardiff to Heathrow and Cardiff Airport. They've always been great, punctual and helpful. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Roy is an absolute superstar! Having worked with him in my previous job, when I started up my own business and needed someone to transport a group of 13 guests around Wales for a week-long Welsh heritage trip, he was the first person I thought to call. My tour guests LOVED him, and he was so much fun to travel with. Great driving, always on time and an all round legend! I whole heartedly recommend Roy's Travels and will be using him for future bookings. Thanks again Roy - you're the absolute best!

Great communication from this company and on the day ensured they were early for the pick up point and a very safe (6o minutes) trip , great vehicle and could not have asked from more from this company .

We booked with Roy’s Travels to travel to Heathrow Airport for a 3 week holiday to USA for 10 people outbound and 12 people returning, the service provided was outstanding from pick up from 3 addresses to the journey with a toilet stop on route.
Nathan was our driver and he loaded/unloaded up all the luggage which took the stress out of heavy lifting.
On pick up from Heathrow was simple, after baggage claim exit to a bay number and there was Roy’s bus awaiting us, Nathan once again was a true gentleman and stacked all our luggage, very impressed with a lovely new minibus 🤗
I cannot thank them enough for the service and price they provided us.

We recently hired Roy’s Travels Luxury 16 seater mini bus for our girls’ trip to Torquay.
What a pleasure. The bus was lovely with air-con if required.
Our lovely driver Shane was really helpful with our cases and we were on the road at the dedicated time. Shane even messaged me the day before to introduce himself.
On the day of departure Shane was again on time and made our journey home in good time getting us back to Wales on time.
We shall certainly be using this company again.
