I made a mistake when I placed my order by inputting the wrong email address. I contacted their support team through email and they where able to not only correct my order but also made sure I was satisfied with everything and continued to stay in contact through the whole process. While it isn't the fastest, it is definitely the kindest and most helpful experience I've had. Can't wait to try out their date night campaigns with my Fiancé.

After ordering what I had thought had been a physical product, I realized I did not review the product enough to confirm it was only digital and I take ownership of that. After reaching out to see if refunds are an option, knowing they likely would not be as its an instantly downloadable digital content. The support team did a really great job of smoothing out the customer experience offering some possible solutions while understanding my concern and helping to educate me on why refunds would not be possible. I do recognize there is some room for better clarity on the products format. But with that said, the customer experience following that was exceptional.

Rachel was easy to work with. She solved my problem with efficiency and I appreciate the real human responses vs a bot or call center style script.

My experience with Rpgmapsforge has been quite wonderfull i made a mistake with one of my orders with my email and the suport staff was quite quick and helped me with positive results i will differntly keep ordering from them and use their detailed maps to bring life to my tabletop games

I randomly found this page and looked at the products, it offers a date night for my wife and I we can do at home without having to find a sitter. I had extra questions about how it worked and got a quick response wirh helpful tips and advice to make everything go smooth. I would recommend this to any gaming couple that just wants a date night without the fuss of trying to plan everything out.

I tried to download this and royally panicked. My computer refused to take the digital files and claimed they were malware. I thought I had been scammed - but the help team was super patient with me, they got me the files safely (NO VIRUSES!!) and my husband and I plan on playing a campaign for Valentines day and saving the others for future date nights. Yes, it is all digital, but we have a printer so we can at least print some character sheets or something. (Your local library may help you if you don't have a printer!)

I had an issue downloading the files, and customer service was quick and diligent in responding! I looked everything over and am excited to try it out!

I bought a bundle which I used without issue for a year.

I got a new laptop & discovered that the downloads had disappeared from my account.

I messaged & got a prompt,friendly response asking me to email.

I did so & they resolved my issue immediately, then emailed again to check if there was any extra help I needed.

Bought this as a gift for Valentine’s Day for my husband. I immediately had trouble opening it and was worried I got scammed, but I sent a message to customer service, and Rachel helped me so quickly! I haven’t played yet but based on the well thought out details I’m sure it will be fun!

The bundles are very fun and dynamic! We purchased the triple romance bundle on a whim to try as my partner and I are always looking for new 1v1 ttrpg sessions. We played the Midnight Masquerade and have since started a whole new campaign based entirely from it with her new character that she adores playing! The mechanics included add something extra special for couples and we appreciate that. More importantly though, on top of the affordable bundles that are packed with quality goodies, the customer support was fantastic. Rachel from Rpg Maps was immediate, kind, and very helpful when we hit a snag purchasing the latest romance bundle and fixed the issue on the spot. We will definitely be continuing our patronage of their products. We haven't tried their map making products, however I am sure they are top quality if the adventure packs are anything to go by!

Not only did they provide an amazing resource, when I lost my initial access their customer service was quick to respond, ensuring that I had everything I needed.

Didn't realize there would be so much to print out. Can't just download load all. Had to do each file individually, then print them. Highly suggest preparing atleast a day in advance unless you're going to do it all digital. But was fun and easy to follow along. My wife and I had only played real DnD a handful of times, but could follow this easily enough.
