I nearly fell into a trap, but then I stumbled upon a Facebook post from Mr. Sean Cunningham that alerted me to the scam. During our engaging conversation about finding the right monitor, Mr. Cunningham recommended an alternative monitor/defibrillator from his offerings. He went above and beyond by sharing a personal video of the monitor, even before I committed to the purchase. His dedication to delivering outstanding customer service is truly commendable. I highly endorse Mr. Cunningham and his business. His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, even when communicating late into the night. I placed my order on Sunday, it was shipped from the UK on Monday, and it reached my doorstep in Belgium by Tuesday. This is by far the best service I could have hoped for.

Was a little nervous buying from a new company but Sean made me feel welcomed and was put right at ease. A lot of choices for defib monitors. Sent me a video of the device, stating exactly what was included etc. Delivered it next day with amazing after sale service! Can’t fault him and the team! 100% will be buying more from RPT!

I have used Sean multiple times from servicing and repairs to purchasing new parts.

Always been able to fix all my issues and has been very open and honest if something may take a little longer than expected. Never had a bad experience, much better than some of the others trying to do what Sean does.

After a good discussion about my search for a monitor. Mr. Cunningham suggested another monitor/defibrillator that he sell. The man presented the monitor with a personal video even before I said I would buy it. This man goes to great lengths to give his customers the best service. Mr Cunningham and his firm are highly recommended. This man is very motivated to help his customers, even if the message is sent at night. Buyer out of United States of a BMV S9 U/S. Correspondence began over Facebook messenger and ended up via email with Mr. Sean Cunningham. Extremely patient and went above and beyond. Even answered a personal phone call from my banker who, unknowingly, was dialing Mr. Sean's number around midnight (local time). Will definitely use this guy in the future. God bless.
