I had a dash cam and rear camera fitted on 24/01/2026. I found the service a receive was very professional, Kearon arrived on time explained all my options and answered my questions. Work was done and can't see any wires, wouldn't know anything had been taken apart. Kearon was friendly well mannered and chatty.

This is the second vehicle of ours fitted by Marc, really nice guy and very professional.

Clearly takes pride in his work and just as before has done a superb job.

You could tell that Jack knew what he was doing the minute he arrived. Great, professional service from RS Connect. Would highly recommend.

Marc was absolutely lovely, he had to come on two seperate occasions due to no fault of his own and was absolutely lovely both times. Really easy to talk with and when it was raining he did everything he could to make sure the interior of the car didn’t get wet, he went above and beyond. Good luck to him in the future :)

Marc did a great job installing my dashcam with a hardwire kit, clean and no damage.

Marc was very hard working and thorough fitting our tracker. He tidied up afterwards in an exemplary way. Couldn’t even tell he had worked in the caravan it was so clean and tidy. Well done.

Very good service

Took 2 weeks or so to get an available slot. Cancelled the day before. Rebooked for today. Cancelled this morning. Poor service and would not recommend using them. They are now looking at 2 weeks again before they can next attend. By the time this gets fitted it will be out of warranty!!

Marc arrived in freezing conditions but was jolly polite and certainly knew his job. He fitted everything to an excellent standard and took the time to go through everything and showed us how to use and view both front and rear cameras, even using the app. I would recommend R/S Connect and especially Marc to fit your dash cams. The engineer, Marc, arrived on time and completed a front and rear camera installation. Despite the freezing outdoor conditions he remained friendly, polite and professional. He explained everything and set up the camera and WiFi access before leaving and left the car in same condition he found it. Quality.

Your technician was a credit to your company, he explained how he was going to do the installation and because I couldn’t have the dash cam removed by your company before changing my car I had to cut the cables to the cameras(it wasn’t a fire risk as my garage had mistakenly disconnected it from the fuse board already)so I had to walk to the nearest Halfords store to buy a new rear camera for him to install. He did most of the install while I went for the new camera and took little time to complete the installation and explain what he had done
