WARNING!
Two months ago I ordered a birthday present for my son. I have paid for the product but I have not received it. RSDesignstudioLondon doesn't respond to their chat (I have written several times), they don't respond to email. I can't get in touch with them at all. I am frustrated and feel cheated.
It is a mystery to me, that they have ANY happy customers since they do not seem to exsist.

Payment taken, no order, no communication
I ordered on 23rd April & received confirmation, payment taken from bank 25th April. Since then I have had no communication from this company. I have emailed twice & no reply. I want my money refunded for non fulfillment of my order.

I didn't receive any emails from you, if I had I wouldn't have needed to fret & feel like I'd lost my money. Next option for me was contacting my bank. Whoever was meant to send the emails didn't. Funny how it's taken a poor review to get noticed.
