I recently wrote a review concerning the reborn doll I received from Rsgdolls. This company uses products that are not what they display in the picture. Then, when you request a refund, you are told, the product may look a little different but is the one in the picture. Also, they say the outfits may change.
Please, please don’t lose your money to this company. It is definitely a bad choice for dolls. They come looking like old women in a baby body with a frown. I would love to give you examples of the product I thought I ordered and the one that arrived, but this sight doesn’t give that option.
Then I get the same message over and over about how they regret that I am not happy with my purchase and to please submit info. I’ve done that twice. They offered me $20 back in place of the $103 I spent to settle this matter. Such a slap in the face.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift. Their "tracking" system (17Track) showed movement with little to no actual information (such as country/city/state/province) and stopped reporting anything after about a week.
At the time of this review, it's been over a week since the last report in the tracking system.
Would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Terrible, my granddaughter only asked for an silicone baby, and now they have my money and are avoiding me, stating that it will ship after Christmas, now they won't respond to my emails

I wish I had seen all these terrible reviews before ordering.
The picture of the doll I ordered and the doll I received are so completely different. Plus these dolls are not cheap and it looks like one off the shelf from a cheap store.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have lost £84 and now I have a doll that I don’t want. It looks nothing like the photo and they REFUSE to give a return label. So I have to pay £30 to send it back to China. It’s an absolute SCAM!! I know you will respond to this review but that means nothing because you won’t do a thing about it. I’ve been trying for a month to resolve this. You are an appalling company and Christmas is ruined!!

Dolls looks nothing like I ordered. For that type of money should match perfectly. Very disappointed!

The reborn baby i purchased for my daughter is not the same baby! It's hard plastic she doesn't move. Her hair is completely different also, does not look nothing like the pictures and doesn't look nothing like a real baby.

If I was able to give a negative to the 10th power I would! My brother asked me to order this real live baby doll for his granddaughter and when I did, I received no information on tracking or confirmation or anything! Finally the doll came today and to my surprise the doll looked like a regular doll, nothing like the picture or the description of the doll! He paid 50$ for a regular doll he could have gotten from Walmart, Family Dollar or Dollar General! This company is a total ripoff! You can’t speak with no one at all! Please beware before ordering from this website! They are seriously taking people money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! I wish I could upload the picture of the doll

Definitely a scam. I paid a LOT of money for a silicon doll for my daughters birthday. I received a TOTALLY different/cheap looking doll with dirty clothes. I contacted customer service with pictures and receipt. No luck. I am reporting to BBB.

This company is a scam in that the pictures of the doll you orderis not necessarily what you get. As a matter of fact, probably more often than not the pictures shown on their web site of doll faces are AI or pictures of real babies not their doll. When you contact them by email, the only way to get in touch, they offer up to 30% refund for you to keep the doll. A return to China costs about the same with no tracking available once it gets to customs. So the return process is on you with no guarantees they will admit they received the doll. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY>

Absolutely disgraceful!! I ordered two dolls for my grandchildren for Xmas and they don’t even remotely look anything like the dolls I picked out. I understand the clothes being different, no problem, but the eye colour is not even close the hair is a disaster. I messaged and all they can say is “each doll is uniquely hand crafted “ no free return so it would cost more to send back then I paid plus wouldn’t be in time. My 5 year old granddaughter will know as soon as she sees it that it’s not what she picked out, in fact I’m betting she won’t like it because the doll is actually creepy as shit! Terrible service no empathy no help just totally disgusted that a company would care so little about ripping off small children!!! AVOID at all costs!

I ordered the Enkira doll for my grandaughter for Christmas. In the picture this doll had straight dark hair and wearing a green onesie. When the doll arrived it has an ugly pink shirt and pants and the hair is really curly all over it's head and hanging in its eyes. I don't have the time or money to reorder a different doll. I am very disappointed in the doll and really hate to give it to my granddaughter.

TOTAL SCAM! Hard plastic, totally different doll arrived - nothing like the picture ordered. Was supposed to be a Christmas present, wish we had read the reviews.

Contacted the company, but not hopeful of a response.

Got a doll from yall yesterday December 3rd…Was NOT what I order and can’t get anyone to get back with me!! Very disappointed

Today I received a $49 refund from RSG.com. That’s nowhere near the 100% refund you promised which is $369. I will give you a chance to explain. And then I will be publishing your name on Trustpilot and every review website with your emails attached and everyone's names. Why can't you just be honest?
The difference you owe me according to your promise is $320.

Ladies this was you best offer and this was the offer I agreed to - I didn't ask for 100% - you offered!

You didn't explain the low amount hence I published. And stop lying! Stay away everyone!

I purchased this doll to give as a gift. I was so excited. I expected it to look like the doll pictured on the website. Isn't that the way its supposed to work?
It arrived and I opened it. My heart dropped. I was so disappointed. This thing looked NOTHING like the doll pictures. They didn't even get the eye color correct
I contacted customer service and was instructed to send pictures and details as to why I am unhappy with the purchase.
They offered to refund me 10% of the purchase price. I did not agree to that. Their website adverises that getting a refund is very fast. That's another lie.
I have gone back and forth with these people. I think its time to call the bank.

I’m some thankful for the reviews. My daughter has sent me this website numerous of times asking for a doll. One thing I noticed is that the photos are either AI or a photo of someone’s actual baby. I can’t wait to let her read these reviews so she’s not disappointed when I tell her, I will absolutely NOT purchase from this site. This site is ruining these babies Christmas, shame on you ‼️

Please read. My daughter is actively crying right now in the background after receiving this hoax. The doll is not silicone, not poseable, and does not look real whatsoever. This doll looks like it should be sold at Dollar tree. I was under the impression it would not necessarily look perfect. But you actually take a one dollar doll that you would get at a carnival and sell it For $60 is just a bad thing to do. If I can find more places to post a review I will.

I ordered a blonde doll for my daughter for Christmas it just arrived with brown curly hair and its fingers are weird with a long pointer finger and its a super small doll and it cost over 300 and its absolutely terrible

If I could give zero stars I would. The dolls received look absolutely nothing like pictures. They are not remotely any part silicone. They are hard unflexible plastic. Think dollar tree barbie. Upon complaint they offered 10%refund. I want full refund and how funny I have to pay for shipping back to.China and once they receive I can get a refund. Many things wrong seeing it's a scam all around. Im sure it will get "lost" in the mail and I Will never receive a dime of money!!
