My Octogenarian father wasn't entirely wrong, his 44 year old Glow-worm with a cast iron heat exchanger had been trouble free and modern complex boilers fail more often. I approached 4 accredited Worcester Bosch installers with 5 star Which? ratings, all were highly competent and provided good quotes. Chose RS Heating due to Scott Timms, the MD's, approach, detail and commitment together with good value-for-money. Delighted with the outcome, they supplied and installed a new 21kW WB boiler and 12 new radiators + Nest. The work was well managed, the staff are highly competent and easy to deal with. No hesitation in highly recommending. They made it look easy.

Friendly and professional team, left them to crack on with the work whilst we were away for the weekend, so came back to a brand new boiler with all the work completed to a high standard - would be happy to recommend

We needed a new boiler fitted in our loft, also a towel rail installed to replace a radiator in the bathroom. The team were professional and friendly, cleared up any mess before leaving and the final bill was exactly as quoted. Very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again.

I had the misfortune of having my boiler installed by the wrong company after they had left. RS Heating came to the rescue and completed the installation. Scott and his team were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. My only wish would be that I had gone with RS Heating in the first place. Scott rearranged their workload to fit in with us, they arrived on time, completed the installation of a replacement boiler in good time and cleaned up afterwards. Everything is working well. We couldn't have asked for more!
Excellent service at a competitive price

Very fast estimate, work was completed quickly. From the first phone call to the instalation these guys were polite and informative. The 2 guys that installed were very polite quick and made a tidy job. They took all the waste away and left the area nice and clean. Absolutely Fantastic

Scott and team arrived on time and worked tirelessly fitting our new boiler, rewiring and replacing controllers and rerouting pipes as well as a few various smaller jobs over two of the hottest days of the year!

The pipework and wiring is a work of art, especially when compared to what we had before. All neat and tidy with a seamless transition to the new boiler.

We cannot thank you enough for your fast, professional and high quality service.
