I requested a withdrawal after the trader disappeared, they wanted a 10% withdrawal fee and issued a guarantee that the money would be paid in 48hours. This was on 3 March, i am still waiting, i cant believe that a company like rsi still exists with so many people " working" there.Jacob Green, Stephen Williams , Ben Stevens , Daniel Miller and a lady by the name of Bronwyn.

Whatch out for daniel miller becouse he and his platform is a SCAM. And you can never with draw your money. There is always some story why you can not with draw your money

They cant improve . They steal your money only , Our account $30000.00 just no access to portal , Steven Williams , Daniel Miller and Mike are scammers and thieves! Wish I could report them!

I want to share my unfortunate experience with RSI-Platform, a brokerage firm that left me devastated and considerably poorer. I initially joined RSI-Platform with high hopes of making some decent returns on my investment. The first red flag appeared when their so-called "expert advisors" began providing me with disastrous advice. Their recommendations were in the start save but sudently big and therefore bad, resulting in substantial losses. Unfortunately, I trusted their expertise and followed their guidance, only to witness my €1100 evaporate into thin air.

What's even worse is that RSI-Platform took advantage of my vulnerability. Instead of accepting responsibility for their failures, they cunningly convinced me that the solution to recovering my losses was to deposit more funds. They played with my emotions, offering false promises and tempting me to invest more. At that point, I should have recognized the warning signs and cut ties with them, but I foolishly believed their deceitful words.

The real nightmare began when I decided to withdraw my remaining funds. RSI-Platform informed me that the only way to retrieve my money was through Bitcoin. However, they conveniently failed to provide any clear instructions or guidance on how to proceed with this process. It seemed like an intentional tactic to make it as difficult as possible for me to reclaim my money.

It is crucial to emphasize that the blame for my financial loss should not fall solely on myself. RSI-Platform's misleading advice, manipulative tactics, and lack of transparency played a significant role in my unfortunate situation. They must be held accountable for their actions.

I implore anyone who receives a call from RSI-Platform, promising incredible returns and a path to financial success, to hang up immediately. Do not be fooled by their enticing words or false assurances. They are only interested in enriching themselves at the expense of their unsuspecting clients.

They are always urging you to deposit more, but withdrawing any larger amounts is impossible. Either stays pending forever or they steal it and tell you that you entered the incorrect BTC wallet ID and the money is now lost. Absolute criminals.

They never keep their promises. You will loose your hard earned money for sure.

This is a follow up on previous modified review. After posting my review i was contacted by Mike Greco. He was very upset that i messed with his good name and asked that i remove my review and he will sort out the release of my funds. 7 days later and after three attempts get hold of Mike he send a message stating that there is a 14 day cool off period and then the withdrawal request will be approved. Another 24 days and 5 ignored messages later he get back to me saying he will follow up with no results.

Inthe meantime i contacted customer service on 21 December and were told the agents manager will contact me. Never happened.

On the 2nd of January 2023 i mailed customer support and got an e mail back 6 days later stating that an agent will get back to to resolve the matter of the pending withdrawal not getting approved.

On 27 December a new player Steven Williams contacted me. Offered the losses i had back through an insurance claim bringing my funds from 797 usd to 4034 usd. I just need to pay a 15% fee..655 usd to them, wait 14 days and then i can trade or withdraw. I stated clear that i was not interested and only required the pending withdrawal of 790 usd be released
After various messages with no joy Steven again made the offer that i need to pay the 15 to get the extra fund back after 14 days. I again said no just release my pending withdrawal. This was on 10 January 2023. The withdrawal request got cancelled and the AI took the funds and invested it again in crude oil loosing all to a negative value. The only way now is to 15 the 655 usd and hope to get it back as per Steven Williams.

The whole thing stinks and i will not loose another 655 usd to just proof that it is a scam.

Three withdrawal requests were lodged since 28 November 2022. All three were cancelled and now the artificial intelligence get the blame.

You want to waste money, spend it before investing this this lot.

I started with usd on rsi but after about a week they Mike Greco wanted more money.a 1000usd . so I scrambled to get that together.I live in south Africa and 1000 usd is a lot.
So then Mike Greco trade well and the trades increase to over 3000usd. It proves that Mike Greco can trade.
Then Rsii went to trade and lost over 1400usd and I ask Mike Greco what happen . All what he said is I notice and will look into it which he is still doing just look no refund.
Then rsi did another trade and lost over 1000usd on the acount. Rsi basically wiped out the acount. Mike Greco is still looking into that also and then for 3 weeks he did not answer any messages and call of mine. He was on a so called bussiness trip but I saw his number that He was online all the time. Mike Greco ignores you when he messed up and try to bury his mistakes. Mike Greco takes bread out of the mouth of his clients .Bad Then He claims karma wow self righteous instead to treat the client with honesty. Fix your mistakes . I fix my mistakes . Greedy brokers at Rsi. LIne their own pockets.Line the clients pockets and you will have miillions of clients.They at Rsi seems to be all in competent. Its disasterous for poor clients.
Then he offer to refund me 300usd which I took because I cannot loose all my capital. Till today rsi Mike Greco have not refunded all my capital and the 3000usd on my account that rsi lost.Mike Greco said they did nothing wrong but i say they did nothing right, Shame blind to their own incompetense.
It is just so dissapointing when Rsi and Mike Greco are not honest to refund what they lost not what I lost. They traded on my account which is illegal in british law. The client have to trade himself.
Why was there a good profit made and suddenly trades made to wipe the account out, Do Rsi just want to take the capital for themselves. Mike Greco and Rsi just want bury their losses and dont want to take responsibily.
They pretend what the are not. False promises.
Also misleading advertising only 250usd and massive promises and then they take more capital and loose it. Disgusting Sick people.
Rsi give the impression that they want to wipe out the small traders and they do it. Be very careful to invest your hard earned money ever with Rsi and wth Mike Greco
I advised that no one invest with Mike GReco and Rsi. They need to treat clients with respect and honestyand refund them when they loose the money. they wont listen to me because they view wrong as right and they are all wise.
Rsi need to refund me 3000usd which they lost. Then Mike Greco have the cheek and the whopped mind to say it was profit and not mine. What the hell do one invest if your profit is not yours on your account.
MIke Greco sense of investment is sick and Rsi need to change their attitude to be honest and transparent and fix their mistakes.
I am waiting for Mike Greco to refund me also my capital and 3000usd.
Time will tell if Rsi and Mike Geco Have the decency and honesty to refund me.
In the beginning I wanted to recommend them.

Everything on this Platform is FRAUDULENT,they dont even deserve a 1 star rating. A certain person working for them is a big con artist. I invested my life savings more $15000 on the Platform. They change the initial opening numbers of positions and fraudulently manipulate the system to get you in a negative position. They then they( this person)phone you to tell you that your portfolio is in trouble and you need to make another deposit and or they can borrow you some money$ on condition. It happened twice to me and " certain person "promised me that I can withdraw my money anytime after repaying the loan. Well it never happened. Evertime he or his co con artists open various, up 10 positions on my portfolio,using all my available money and without my permission, to prevent me from withdrawing my money. They don't answer their phones or my Watch app messages. The help line function of their Platform is also a disfunctional HOAX, because it doesn't work and shows FUNCTIOL ERROR. I noticed that when money on my portfolio becomes "Available Funds" which would allow me to make a withdrawal, they change the numbers repeatedly on the Open Positions on your Portfolio to get it in a negative, all this CONNING and FRAUDULENT acts to con me out of my money. I have photos and Watch App messages to back all these facts. I have reported them to the Police, and I am going to use all media platforms to get every cent out them, and to bring them down. I have trusted these smooth talking con artists with my life savings.

They have not kept one promise - we have not being able to get money back - they have scammed myself and my family out of a lot of money. You can also not phone them or contact them via their own webpage.

Easy to use. Gets a bit messy when I want to withdraw funds, thanks to the support that put me through. RSI Platform is good overall

I have asked for help a few days ago. Nothing so far. Please I need assistance.

Daniel Miller is a scam artist who disappeared after taking R130 000 from me encouraging me daily to get to the 15 000USD account.
They allow for one withdrawal and suddenly, when you want to make another withdrawal your account looks terrible due to trades that they have opened.
Then he disappears and enter Jacob Green. Who tells you that you need to add another 3000USD or your account will close and you will lose everything.
When you don’t he says he will give you a credit.
Their company guarantees no negative trade though …! But this they ignore when …
Enter Tom Bloom who tries to convince you that he is your hero and will recover your losses.
Then when you try to withdraw he says: No. You need to pay back the credit first. They refuse to ‘deduct ‘ it from your account. And then connects you to Mike Greco. Another bullshitter who tells you that your WhatsApp agreement is legally binding according to the Supreme Court.
Laughable as we don’t have a Supreme Court!
And we have traced your phone to just outside Pretoria.
We have reported you to the FCA.
Any other South Africans who have reported these scammers?
These boys need to be taught a lesson.
Our Commercial Crimes Unit not helpful but there are other ways to skin this cat!!

RSI PLATFORM I.O is a scam. I have invested $250 and saw it grow very well until you want to do a withdrawal.
Your withdrawals are cancelled and only $10 at a time is allowed. Had $6000 at one stage and could not withdraw . I asked help from Mike Greco as he was my Financial Advisor to no avail does not return calls or messages just promise to call later. 4 days later the funds are gone. When asked for an explanation I was ignored.
There was more growth later up to $1600 and again trying to withdraw and it was cancelled . When putting pressure on him with consistant calls and messages. He disappeared no calls go through and neither any messages, what is left in my account is just over $3.
I have e mailed their support platform and not once was there a response I stopped trying after numerous attempts. In an attempt to get hold of Phillip Hayden who helped open the account was a lost case he also disappeared same with Tommy I also had dealings with. The only person still online is Daniel Miller. Only got hold of him once and he promised to help. needles to say nothing came of it. Now he ignores any calls or messages.
I have made screenshots of all transaction on my account as proof of how they cancel witdrawals as well as the tradings that was done.
I also have screenshots of all my messages sent to Mike Greco and Daniel Miller and their response or lack thereof. I am quite willing to share this with who is interested.
So bets is not to do any trading with these people or you will lose your money through these bunch of Scammers.
