Whilst the product is ok at best...the…

Whilst the product is ok at best...the customer service is just abysmal. Warranty repairs/returns can take months just to get a reply. Every email is a "Try this" - "send picture of that" - took almost 4 months to get them to accept my screen was faulty - then another 2 months waiting for the postal back and forth to china.

Not worth the headache in my view for what you get, sound quality not amazing either, had i not had the customer service issues id of give this a 3/5

mainly as its so expensive for what it really is...an android head unit

Prompt and professional

So far, great experience. I contacted RSNAV with some technical queries before making the purchase. Daniel replied promptly and professionally. I've now placed an order for a S3 screen and will update this review once it arrives and is fitted and functional.
