policy exclusions
I have just taken out a policy for my dog effective a few days ago. I set it up nearly 4 weeks and sent all of her medical history in 3 weeks ago. The policy is now active, and I still do not know what exclusions will apply; they tell me it is still 3 days away from knowing. I dont think a policy should start without knowing what i have paid for espacially when 3 weeks notice has been given of a full medical history

Lots of exclusions from cover after insurance started
Insurance was very easy to set up online & price good. However, after the insurance started and my first direct debit went out, I received a notification via the portal that numerous conditions had been excluded from my dog’s cover, which I think is very sharp practice. Too late to cancel but very disappointing as I’ve always been a huge supporter of the RSPCA.
