Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience with the plumber and the company. The plumber showed up 15 minutes late after the already late 5-9 PM window and only came because I called to check if he was coming. He immediately quoted over €200 without even looking at the issue or letting me say what the issue was. When he finally "worked" on the problem, which was just turning one valve, he then repeatedly interrupted me mansplaining, "I'm a plumber! I know what I'm doing!" I finally had to pay him just to leave my house because I was so incredibly uncomfortable and he wouldn't stop overtalking me. I was charged €168 for him to turn a knob, which, surprise surprise, did not fix the CV issue and my house is still cold. He also said I could call him if it wasn't fixed, which I tried to do, but his number was listed as 'No Caller ID' and didn't allow calls. I then called the company and they said I can: 1.) hire the same jerk and pay another full service fee to fix what he didn't do the first time minus his €39 driver fee, or 2.) pay for a different plumber, pay his €39 driver fee, and the full service cost of what wasn't done. I feel so sick companies still scam women/people like this.

My heating was not working and the…

My heating was not working and the boiler had to be reset. Being a woman I am useless at these things and saw reviews on their site looked good. These are clearly fake. They two guys came one was nice and one was super rude. They fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. The rude guy tried to charge me 585 euro. I told him not a chance will I pay this, I was told I would get a quote before agreeing, All of a sudden they reduced the price by 300 (luckily I fought it but I still think with another company it would have been a lot cheaper). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE YOU WILL FEEL SHIT AFTER AND SCAMMED. When you pay it comes up as NK innovations which also has terrible reviews. I feel so stupid for not realising this before the appointment. I called to complain and the guy on the phone basically said I was lying about this experience.

Wow, scammers, threatening and racist

Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I suppose this will be enough as an opening statement: IN MY OPINION, THESE ARE SCAMMERS. AND EVERYTHING BELOW IS ALSO MY OPINION.

We contacted RSRTeckniek (rsrtechniek.nl) and they sent 2 technicians fast. Which was fine although to be honest, it felt too good to be true because plumbers are very busy. Even a plumber we normally use was not immediately available and our insurance could not find a plumber to come asap. Anyway...

So, 2 technicians came (1 supposedly not associated with the company but just brought along by the friend to 'train' him). They looked around and came up with a bill of €700 to be paid immediately. The bill was for a leakage detection report €450, fuel and first 30 mins. Then they claimed that their PIN machine wasn't working at the moment, so they forcefully asked that my husband go with them to withdraw €700 from the PIN machine.

We became suspicious fast after this and varios red lights started flashing, and all the things that didn't make sense became quite illuminated. So, we asked them to first send us the bill and contract via email, for our records and to share with the insurance company. They flat out refused to do this. Then they became threatening, and we ended up calling the police. They also called the police saying we are refusing the pay. We recorded conversations with them where we clearly state that we will pay immediately after we have the contract and bill in our email inbox, but again, they refused to send the bill and contract. Their 'boss/company owner' called us, threatening us saying 'you will pay or something bad is going to happen.'

We tried to reason with them, that we just want to see the bill and contract in our email inbox, check that everything is in order and as agreed, after which we would immediately pay them. We tried to tell them that we want to pay, but only after checking the contract and the itemized bill. But they flat out refused to listen to us at this point, insulting us racially, me as a woman and saying that my husband is not a real man because he was 'allowing' me to speak equally as him. They again also refused to email us the contract and bill, saying the way it works is: pay first then receive the contract and bill.

Quite bizarre. We were left wondering: Are we crazy? How are we supposed to pay them €700 on the spot and in cash, with nothing fixed, without seeing the bill and contract? Afterall these were just 2 men who walked into our house, what guarantee did we have that they actually worked for the company they claimed to work for? And what is the name of that company? We couldn't even verify if this company is legit, has a KvK number etc because they refused to give us any documentation with their letterhead on it, at the very least. So we stood our ground, told them to send us the documents via email, we review them then if all is in order, we pay on the spot via bank card. They refused. I mean, it's €700 not €7!

Be careful with this company. If I were you, I would not even call them up, unless you want to be scared in your own home. We will be going to the police to make a report about the threats they made to us and the racist comments.

The technicians said they will bring in lawyers, which is their right. We will wait for their lawyer to contact us, then we will engage our own lawyer. The only thing is we don't even have a contract or bill to show our lawyer. I guess we will cross that bridge when we come to it.

I hope this warning helps someone. Pleaae read reviews about this company first before you allow them into your house.

Worst exeperience ever - nothing solved but cash out...and very rude people

I needed to have a small leakage solved. Big mistake not to have checjed Trustpilot first. Even bigger to have called this company. My experience was as horrible as what I read now on Trustpilot - meaning huge cost for absolutely no service. When I made the appointment, I specifically said that the leakage was on the balcony, and that there needs to be daylight to be able to see anything. The phone operator said that it can be also late evening, because the "mechanic" will find a solution. Should have been my first signal to walk away. Then someone arrives late evening, no tools in hand, just a phone which supposedly is enough to see what the problem is. There is a fairly big wet spot on the wall, and the so called mechanic did not even see it, I had to show it. Then of course the cost - and on this I heard the most ridiculous story - at RSR Techniek (aka shithole), the 30 minutes diagnostic period starts as soon as the "mechanic" rang the doorbell downstairs. This company charges first the driving cost which means they get to your door, and nothing else, then 195 EUR for 30 minutes diagnostic starting the minute they ranng the doorbell, and then 65 EUR per every ten minutes.

Scammers!!

Scammers!!
I asked for an approximate estimate, but they didn’t provide one. When the technician arrived, without even looking at the toilet, he said it would cost around 400-600 euros to fix the blockage. (After all another company fixed this so easily) Of course, we didn’t proceed with the service, but we still had to pay the transportation fee of about 40 EUR.
Don’t trust them – they’re scammers!!

They steal your money

They offer fast connections, refer you to dubious suppliers who arrive at your home, don't solve the problem and charge you a lot for it. When they are called in to help mediate the problem, they pass the buck to the company they appointed and absolve themselves of responsibility.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs

Terrible company - be warned! The pricing is completely predatory. The timer for the 30min work included in the initial 150eur starts as he arrives so by the time he has finished wringing up the initial estimate it’s already almost done. They charge 50eur for use of the tools by meter and their time in 10min increments. Completely predatory.

And to top it all off, their ad claims they will be there quickly and has me waiting from 11am till almost 7pm when they finally showed up. Despite saying they would be there by around 12

Avoid avoid avoid!

Terrible and SCAMMY service

Terrible and SCAMMY service. I called them to repair a leaking roof, since it says they do that kind of repair in their website, and when they arrived the guy just took some pictures of the water damages and charged almost 800 euros for a report that I could use for the insurance. A week later, I called a roof specialist and they made a better report, but for free 🤡

Basically: they didn't fix the roof and charged me 800 Euros for a report that was supposed to be for free.

Pretty much a scam

Pretty much a scam. They charge 40 for the drive to your house and 180 fixed for the first 30 mins of ‘inspection’. In this inspection they wont fix anything and gives you the proposal for a 700 euro ‘report’.

Site was found via the Google

Site was found via the Google. I filled in the form that does not have any price indications and explicitly asked for the possible costs. They called back and refused to get any prices by wanted to come to see the problem themselves first. Did not give any price estimates in advance although asked many time by phone. Came in person a young guy with no equipment but with a pin-machine. Asked 39 euros upfront that he came and then about 170 euros per 30 minutes to "look into issue". Was sent back but refused to leave and was threatening my wife who was home alone! Avoid this site by any means!!!

Scammers

Scammers. Overcharge and trying to steal your money with hidden costs.

I called them for replacing a shower and I ended up paying 650 euros for 20 minutes of work.

I had a problem with my shower. I called rsr techniek, since they had the higher raking on google, afterwards I found out that it was a fake one.
A guy from NK innovations came which he ended up to be a scammer.
He charged me 300 euros for the replacement from their "warehouse" while I found exactly the same online for 115.
He charged me 42 euros for taking the old shower away.
When I was asking for the cost he was avoiding to answer.
When we was mentioning the cost for his work, he "forgot" to mention that it is excluding VAT (21%)
He even took the packaging of the new replacement, in order to hide every evidences.

Scammers!

Watch out! Scammers! Former ROS Techniek, now they go by RSR Techniek or NK Innovations offering plumbing services. Dishonest scammers who use threatening practices to make you pay their exorbitant prices on the spot without solving your problem. Don’t believe the information on their website, it’s all false. If you become a victim of their dishonest and threatening practices, file a report with the police!
