The office staff very friendly and professional would recommend without hesitation

Thank you for helping RS Skips with your helpful suggestions to a novice ordering their first skip and mostly pricing with excellent availability. It is great to hear and receive fantastic customer service over the phone, no question to stupid and interested in the call.

I recently used RS Skips for waste removal across a two-month period, ordering a total of five skips. I was thoroughly impressed with their overall service.

The office team was consistently polite and professional, always happy to answer my questions. They proved extremely reliable and efficient. On one occasion, I emailed them requesting a full skip removal and replacement, and I was astonished to see it completed within 40 minutes!

I highly recommend RS Skips for anyone seeking a reliable and efficient waste removal service.

Excellent service, very quick to complete the waste removal. Friendly, polite and very professional staff. Patient and understanding. Despite my underestimating the amount of space as found more, the staff were obliging and took one load and they came back. Would thoroughly recommend.

I enquired on Sunday early evening about a skip being delivered the next day. This was not a problem for RS Skips at 7.30am the next day a skip was being delivered on my drive. Superb service and lovely people to deal with. Thank you!

Sorry ,, me again ... if Amy one saw my last one , they said I b paid .. ok nay look like im complaining... point is there liers , trent there drivers like rubbish, little of customers .... no with them it's money , that's it.. and reaking peoples gardens... and am I angry, can't pay me what owe me. ( so that's why I've told the truth )

Easy to book, with friendly efficient staff, skips were delivered by a very friendly and helpful driver, all delivered and collected exactly as booked.
I could not recommend

They are a breath of fresh air in a country of pollution.

Delivered and collected a skip exactly when they said they would. No fuss, no bother, no hassle, just the job.

This is the second time I have used RS Skips and they have never let me down! They delivered the waste skip the next morning using a very pleasant driver. When I wanted it removed they said they would try and collect it by the next Saturday (10 days) which was a bit disappointing. However, it was collected the next morning, so I cannot fault the service. It was also well priced at £262 for a 6-yard skip.

Be aware and my advice, do not book. Had skip collected yesterday and was left with a damaged driveway. Spoke to RS skips manager. They do not accept liability apparently, as stated in the T&C. I provided a picture that clearly shows damage caused by the skip and paint work from the skip left behind. I was then told cardboard should have been put down to prevent this from happening. This was not stated to us beforehand as we clearly would have done that. I have used several skips in the past and not one has caused damage. Would never book again and shame on RS skips for washing your hands of the matter.
