Easy to assemble and they look great!

I liked the cabinet frame, plywood like sides and nice finish. I bought the cabinets assembled but Two of the doors were installed backwards. That’s why I rated them a 3.

Through the entire process Akiva was extremely helpful and patient with my order. He helped design and figure out hat was needed.

Cabinets came in beautiful. My wife and I put them all together without a problem. Everything fit perfectly

Wow, there are not many companies that I can say with great respect the customer service I received from RTA Wood Cabinets. My cabinets are extremely well made - that even my carpenter was surprised of the quality. I did in fact had to have one part replaced within a week of contact it was delivered. WELL DONE RTA ! I’d never purchased from RTA before hearing a great review from a family member. After trying other companies and getting frustrated with the customer service, I was delighted with the RTA ease of the online experience and exceptional customer service when I needed help from a live person. Akiva listened, understood my situation, and worked with me to come up with a solution that I was delighted with. I will recommend RTA to others and be back if I need another cabinet!

We shopped around to many RTA companies as we were planning our kitchen renovation. Akiva and the folks at RTA Wood Cabinets had the best customer service of all of the ones we explored - that was important to us. I was delighted to find that they also had the best quality for price. Even after our order was placed and delivered, when I had a question or concern I could reach out to Akiva and he bent over backward to help. Highly recommend this company! They care!

We ordered three cabinets and were having a hard time installing the drawer slides. Luckily, we got ahold of Roman when we called for help. He took apart his own cabinet and took a video so we could see how it was installed, and got on a FaceTime call with us until we figured out the issue. It ended up being a simple fix.
One cabinet came with a damaged panel. After how helpful Roman was, I’m expecting that to be taken care of right away.
The cabinet that we’ve put together is sturdy and looks beautiful. I can’t wait to get them in place!

We are very pleased with the cabinets and accessories from RTA Wood Cabs. The parts are well made, and assemble very well (although somewhat time-consuming to assemble, but we were trying to keep our costs down)

Being a first-timer when it comes to ordering cabinets, I was pretty nervous about the process and making mistakes along the way. My sales rep Akiva was endlessly patient with months of back and forth via email and a million questions I threw his way, and he always responded quickly. The cabinets look beautiful and we are very happy with the finished product!

I used RTA Wood Cabinets for a full home renovation on a flip project, and the experience was outstanding. The quality of the cabinets exceeded expectations, and the pricing was very competitive. I especially want to highlight Zack, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thanks in part to the great cabinetry, the home sold quickly and for a substantial profit. Highly recommend both the company and Zack!

My order was shipped incomplete but customer service was good about shipping the missing items. Luckily I took photos of all the parts (and the partially opened boxes upon delivery). The cabinets are made of solid wood. I ordered black cabinets and was VERY disappointed that they are white cabinets,with only the doors and drawers being black. so the bottom of the wall cabinets are white! They assemble easy enough.

Cabinets are good quality for the price. The instructions that come with the cabinets are not the most clear as to the order of how everything goes together and exactly which screws/brackets to use where. You either have to guess or search the website for a tutorial. But once you figure it out on one, it becomes straightforward to build the other cabinets. It would also be nice if a few extra screws were included. I believe mine had the exact amount, so it can be an issue if you misplace one. Overall, great quality for the price though.

This is the third time we've bought cabinets from this company, we usually bought already assembled which means some are going to come damaged, however, all you have to do is take pictures of the damage, what part and size are the ones damaged and send them that info. They get the new ones sent out immediately. The only problem we had with them is they say to make sure you have all the boxes before letting the driver leave, well we don't know what the pallet has on it, they had put two boxes loose on top of the other boxes and they wound up falling off during transit and we were supposed to know that there were 2 more boxes. They did send us the 2 in the end, but still pretty silly to expect us to know what's coming and how many boxes we should have.
This time we did RTA instead of assembled and nothing was wrong with any of them. Easy to put together once you do one. Lots of YouTube videos to watch first.
If we ever need more we'll definitely be buying from them again!!

The cabinets were reasonably priced- especially with the free shipping. They arrived quickly! and we're delivered to my driveway. The assembly was pretty easy- even as the instructions were a little vague. Sturdy materials,
and- they look great!

Akiva made the whole process run smoothly. He answered me right away with all my questions.

The cabinets and drawers were exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to work with Customer Service to figure out what we needed. Top quality and look beautiful. We were also able to closely match the paint so the shelves we had made all looked like they matched.

Zack Was extremely helpful throughout the process. There were bumps along the way however the the most important thing to me is how are those bumps handled. Zack immediately responded to every issue I had and brought them to a satisfactory resolution. The cabinets are great and I absolutely recommend RTA Wood Cabinets.

If you’re looking for GREAT customer service, you found it. RTA treated me so well. I had a few miscalculations in the process, some my error, but it didn’t matter. Jill in designing and Janine in customer service righted the wrong. They were very honest and made sure I was treated fairly and refunded properly. They went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer, and boy am I. If you choose RTA, you can be completely confident that you’ll be treated right.
