The cabinets are sturdy and look great. The only reason for 4 stars is that the installation/build instructions were difficult to follow especially with placement of screws and type to use. The instructions need more details. I think a more experienced cabinet person may not have a problem. I would like to mention that once it was determined that a mistake was made on the order(12 instead of 21) on one cabinets RTA rushed and sent the correct cabinet so there was not much delay and they were very helpful

I need fully assembled cabinets. Labor it too costly to pay a contractor to assemble. I'm purchasing them from Lowe's

Pleasantly surprised with how helpful the designers were, and how easy the process and purchase were. Communication was fast and easy. The cabinets seem to be very good quality at a fraction of the cost - we did add some extra screws for support just to be sure. Note to buyers that the top drawers are shallow. We were able to fit 3"+ tall boxes in our previous drawers, but these will only accommodate about 2.75". Easily adaptable, but worth noting. Overall - I would absolutely recommend them.

Very good quality, plywood cabinets. Nicely packaged. Had to store them outside shrink wrapped for several weeks and had no moisture damage.

It was a good overall experience, a few things came with issues but they corrected the items missing and finished our order.

Couldn’t be happier. Exceeded my expectations. Delivery was quick, Assembly was easy, quality is excellent. Had a small issue with a hinge and they quickly resolved it for me . Highly recommend.

Would not use them again - shorted over a thousand dollars of product and they would not reship - had to order the product again. I order cabinets all the time because I do rental remodels and will never use a vendor that I can not trust to be there.
Your statement that no company would replace the reship the items is not correct and again you did nothing and why would i reorder the items if I received them. I had to finish the job. Again you offered absolutely no solution. Full price, Full shipping and this is why I will go somewhere else. I have experienced shipping issues previously and I guarantee either it wasn't shipped or the shipping company didn;rt load that box on the right truck. Again business is done by Trust. Your company was the first to not try to help.

product was sub par. finish wears off quickly. would not purchase again.

We are satisfied with the end result. It took three different trips to get us cabinets that were not damaged, but they fixed the problem nonetheless.

Zack Ganz is the guy I interacted with and he was EXCELLENT in helping me. I love your products. But I HATE the instructions. Took me a while to assemble, but they fit together perfectly. There should be SPECIFIC instructions for each product, not some generic instructions for one product

The finish was inconsistent on the cabinets.
Some cabinets were received without all of the hardware.
Some cabinets were received without assembly information.
Delivery times were longer than promised.
Side panels are wood, but the veneer finish is like a laminated paper that is not at all durable (can be ripped off with painter's tape).

Excellent communication and backing by rta wood products. The mango messed up on the order and rta stood but it and replaced the missing items.

Best quality, prices and availability. Customer service is a 10 always there to help and make things happen quickly. I’ve used them for 5 or so jobs and since shifting my business over couldn’t be happier.

Delayed shipping by weeks. The shipment when it did arrive late was missing 5 base cabinets and 2 wall cabinets plus door fronts and garbage slide out. One of the pantry doors is warped and not the correct stain shade. A wall cabinet had the incorrect box stain plywood frame and does not match the rest of the cabinets. We still do not have a firm ship date for the lost items?

Cabinets were shipped quickly. They were easy to assemble and look great. Had one damaged part which was shipped promptly with no issues.

Had a delivery damage.
RTA responded immediately and put a replacement into the works. Great service

Ordering was easy with all of the help that Motty from RTAWoodCabinets.com provided, but the JSI cabinets were pretty low quality. They have almost a dull finish that wasn't that obvious on the sample door. They show every touch and are very hard to keep clean. The cabinet doors swing open past 90 degrees and BANG into adjacent walls and cabinets. Most cabinet lines have a simple fix for this-- plastic little cabinet stops (hinge restrictors) that can be put into the hinges, but not this company-- why not? The instructions were limited. Screws to put cabinets together were not labeled that great either and it was easy to use the wrong one which in turn would cause you to screw too far into a drawer front. I wasn't able to use the tile backsplash I wanted because the cabinets next to the wall needed more room for the door to open which should have been made more clear. Some of the pieces were damaged on arrival, but with time constraints I did not have time to order new pieces. The shelves are thin and only have a thin piece of maple around them. The cabinets also have a center stile that slightly higher priced cabinets do not have, I am kicking myself for sacrificing that. Bottom line, I would spend a bit more and get better quality, more options for sizes, no center stiles, thicker shelves, better hinges with restrictor options, etc. However, if inexpensive and quick is your main concern (like for a flip), then these would work fine.
