A company that do go the extra mile

A company that do go the extra mile. Getting trades people to quote and then actually do what they’ve promised is difficult nowadays. RT Fencing proved my point wrong. From start to finish they have been professional with high levels of communication which aids planning.
The job they carried out was done at the time they said, took as long as they said, was to the highest standard and looks absolutely fantastic. The price was on point too.
I can’t recommend them enough and will be our go to company for further works on our estate. Thank you to Lise and the team at RT Fencing for making it an easy experience.

Excellent Customer Service

An excellent company to deal with very good communication at all times. Following the initial visit to price our new fence, the quote was sent later the same day and the job completed within 5 days. So absolutely no hesitation in recommending RT Fencing.

Would definitely recommend

1) Process was efficient from quotation to completion
2) Their suggestions for the work involved were honest and fitted our requirements.
3) They understood we had to consult with others before giving the go-ahead. Once we did this we waited only 2 weeks for the work to start.
3) Over the 4 days of the installation, they were very professional, on time, neat & tidy, considerate with little extras and removed all the old fencing.
4) Very happy with the quality of the product, overall workmanship and cost.
5) Thanks to the staff at the office in dealing with last minute queries.
6) We would have no hesitation in recommending RT and would definitely use them again for any future work.

Turned up on time for the quote and…

Turned up on time for the quote and gave a rough idea of when job was to be completed. Went to work came back and job done! Looks great and no mess left behind! So good I’m getting another quote!

Exceptional service

The fencing is solid, good colour and well fitted and the fitters were professional and very skilled as it wasn’t a straightforward job. They were excellent.

I would also like to mention Lise who, although we have never met, went above and beyond professional to facilitate this project during some extremely difficult times. This lady is a credit to the company. Thank you Lise.

Excellent work

I live in an end house and during the strong winds my fence blew down. I had a few quotes and chose FT fencing I visited the shop at Whitworth and chose what I wanted with some advice from Lisa and Dean. Dean and his team worked hard to take my old fence down and put up the new one. They have done an excellent job and made sure everything was put back to how it was. My fence and new doors look amazing thank you to all the team.

Great Local Business

Have used RT fencing recently when the strong winds took down fence panels and split the concrete posts. From the initial visit for the quote to the installation the whole process was seamless. Extremely pleased with this finished product. I always try and support local business's - would happily use RT fencing again.

bespoke garden fencing alongside public footpath

We needed bespoke garden fencing alongside a public footpath. Measured, made and installed brilliantly. So good we asked them to return a month later to do some more fencing. Highly recommended

New side gate

Following an attempted break in, my side gate was totally wrecked and I needed a replacement urgently. They were able to make a bespoke side gate and deliver the next day. The build quality of the gate is fantastic and reasonably priced.

Great service and price from RT Fencing

Great service and competitive pricing from RT Fencing. They were quick to come round to measure up and quote and equally prompt in fitting the fencing.
The quality of the fencing and the workmanship is excellent and the fencing looks good too
