These people are crooks! Stay away from this company. There are much better options out there.

I had an excellent experience working with Teodora Mrosso at RTS Financial. She genuinely cared about helping me and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Teodora was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me sort out my needs with brokers. Her communication was clear, and she made the entire process much easier than I expected. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Teodora!

RTS is really good in the beginning. I started taking advances. And once my truck broke down for about a week they cut me off of advances, even though they were paid back once the load was delivered. I understand maybe to limit it, but to fully cut me off was not right. They constantly hold funds or take forever to verify a load when you need the money in the advances would help with that. In cases they can’t get verification… but they cut me off and if i didn’t have savings they would have watched me loose my company many times. After the last couple issues, I reached out to go to another factoring company. They’re willing to pay my way out in RTS is making me stay for my whole contract, which is making me suffer because they cannot do things for me correctly. they are holding me hostage when they could easily let me go somewhere where I would be treated right I would think twice before going and get into contract with them.

My salesman Arthur is the best and amazing. He helped me get signed up funded and also after he was done, he didn’t leave me hanging. He also helped out and making sure all of my needs was taken care of with the company. This is what you call. Great customer experience.

One of the brokers my trucking company work with mistakenly omitted a payment. All RTS Financial did was tell us they would deduct the value of that invoice from subsequent ones. We had to call the broker ( what is their job) and clarify the payment, over a week trying to clarify the payment and even after the broker sent an email on June 08th with the ACH schedule , and RTS representatives said that everything was good, they deducted the money. When I called today, a supervisor named Mariela told me they would refund my money, but when I complained about the poor service, she told me that if I wasn't happy, I should find another company and hung up. A very unethical response. The whole team lie, and the supervisors are rude and ill mannered.

Very sneaky sales reps in RTS. They asked me for a $1,000 deposit when I signed up saying they would give back when contract end. Well surprise surprise! When the contract end they don’t give you nothing back claiming something about a “minimum” that was never discussed by the sales rep during the call which seems pretty unethical to me. I am filing a formal complaint with evidence attached to the FTC so that every body knows that the deposit is non refundable

The assistant that was providing from u guys was exactly i am extremely satisfied i want give a special thanks to Luke Johnson he was so helpful for me he was there to provide me with help every step of the way any questions I had he was their to help me figure it out anytime I call or text he responded right away I am very grateful to have work with Luke Johnson if I had to rate Luke out of 1 threw 10 I’ll give him a 20 on the score chart thank u guys for everything my experience have been great thanks to Luke Johnson

Based on our experience, this has been one of the most frustrating business relationships we have ever had.

If your company depends on consistent cash flow from a factoring partner, proceed with extreme caution. We experienced repeated payment delays, poor communication, and a lack of responsiveness when issues arose. In many cases, we had to continuously follow up just to receive answers or have matters addressed.

If you are on a tiered funding program, make sure you fully understand how it operates and what is required, because our experience was that funding was not always handled in a timely or predictable manner.

A factoring company should be a partner that helps your business grow and maintain stable cash flow. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. The time spent chasing answers, following up on payments, and dealing with unresolved issues created unnecessary stress and operational challenges for our company.

Do your research, ask detailed questions, and compare all available options before signing an agreement. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Luke Johnson was extremely helpful for a new business owner first time dealing with factoring and other business. Knowledgeable, however if he did not have the specific answer he always reached out and obtained the requested information and responded to us in a timely manor. Due to his personality, he made it more comfortable to ask questions to and relate to.

James very good to work with. I highly recommend. Very down to earth, was not pushy, he explained everything. When I’ve needed help I could call and right away he answered and stayed on the phone until it was figured out. You can tell he cares about the customer.

Ben stuck with me until my issue was resolved.
