do not sing with this company they sign me for one year and 1 month before i try to contact them for not to renew they never answer my call or email one day after they send me a email that my contract was renew automatically just don’t sign anything they are not good at all
Drew with rts made my sign up very easy. Ver well explained. This company does great with helping owner operators. With quicker pay we as drivers can keep moving fright.
They engage in questionable business practices regarding their so-called “reserves,” which result in additional deductions beyond the percentage already charged for their services. Furthermore, the cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated, as they often make excuses and create obstacles that make it difficult to terminate the agreement and move on from their services.
I was a RTS Client for about 1.5 years. The end of 2022 I started to transition away from RTS and finally March 20 2023 I received my release letter. I am in the middle of buying a building for my business and it is on hold because RTS still has liens on my business. I have contract RTS Several times and all I am told is Transition department is working on it. Why are they even on there after I am released in 2023. This has put the purchase of my building on hold. I would stay away from this company
In a nutshell TIA Loves her job, I have been working with RTS for a few years now and I have never seen someone so much dedicated to their work. Best of luck for Tia she is a keeper. An honest and Blunt Review by

Thank you for your attention to this Matter.
If you see this review and ignore it you will regret the same way I am doing right now, the worst dishonest people to deal, they are refusing to release my company, claiming I'm must stay with them for 12 months who on earth has such power to force someone to do business with if not cartels. I advise everyone to stayed away from RTS financial. Any good reviews you see here is coming from their crooked workers. Nobody is happy with their services. My only option now is to go to court.
For over a year, we've been unfairly blacklisted, despite our factoring invoices being current. This situation is becoming increasingly detrimental to our business. With an excellent 95% DAT rating and an average of 33 days to pay, it's baffling why we're still experiencing difficulties. The lack of assistance from their end is notable; we're simply denied services without any clear reason or resolution path. Given our history of prompt payments, one unfavorable month shouldn't justify such severe repercussions after 30 years of business.
Our trucking company recently switched to factoring with RTS. Drew Munoz, out of the Philadelphia office, has made this a very smooth process for us. He has been there every step of the way explaining everything we need to do and answering any questions we have. This transition could not have went better!
Arthur is my agent, that guy is amazing!
Really helpful and professional!
Amazed
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Yasir Baraka, and I am the owner of Road Heroes Logistics LLC. I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received this morning from Ms. Teodora Mrosso. Ms. Mrosso went above and beyond in helping to straighten out my account and clarify all outstanding invoices. Her professionalism, efficiency, and approachable demeanor made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and support. If possible, I would very much like to continue working directly with Ms. Mrosso for any future account-related matters, as she is not only highly competent but also extremely easy to collaborate with.
Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service. I am proud to be one of RTS’s valued clients and look forward to a continued positive relationship.
I signed up with RTS last December, and it has been a mistake. I would not recommend RTS to any small fleet owner.
They apply inconsistent fees, add hidden charges whenever they want, and provide zero transparency. The customer service is rude, and they never reimburse the extra amounts they charge, even when it’s their fault.
This kind of mismanagement should not be happening.
Our experience with RTS Financial involved repeated invoice holds, lack of transparency, and delays in same-day payment processing without clear explanation. Even after claim-related amounts were addressed, additional invoices remained on hold with limited communication.
For small carriers relying on consistent cash flow, it is critical to ensure full clarity on payment terms, claim handling, and invoice processing before working with a factoring company.

Jennifer Jackson was incredibly helpful with factoring and fuel, and she went the extra mile by connecting me with a representative who could also assist with brokerage services. The support and communication were excellent, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend RTS Carrier Services in Atlanta for anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable support.

I had an amazing experience working with Jennifer Jackson. She was knowledgeable about the fuel card and the great discounts that come with it. She made sure that I understood the program and she was patient with me. I’ll be referring as much people as possible to work with her personally

They are okay, difficult in some ways but overall make things simple, wish they were easier to get ahold of but overall happy I choose them
