Arrangement and handling of tire exchange went absolutely well and just in time.
The quality was okay and the car ready to drive incl. reset of tire pressure in the system.

Old tires
We had our tires changed by them. The tire change itself went smooth. But they put on 8 years old (week 44, 2016) tires and the wrong size. They put on 245/40 instead of 245/50. Simply unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback – and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. You’re absolutely right: the wrong tire size and the age of the tires should not have occurred, and we take full responsibility for the mistake.
We wish you'd reach out to us sooner, but we're happy that we reached a solution together. The incorrect tires have of course been sent for recycling, and we’ve reviewed our internal processes to avoid this kind of error going forward.
