Stamp would not stamp clearly. At first I thought it was the inkpads i had purchased were dried up. I contacted them and they asked me to stamp on a plain piece of paper, it obviously printed better but was still faded. I purchased this item to stamp on bags and boxes. They offered no resolution. I purchased a stamp from another company and using the same inkpads (that i thought were the issue) it stamped perfectly on all mediums. Please don't waste your money.

Arrived fairly quickly and accurately. Their website leaves a bit to be desired in terms of UI but it seems to work well enough! (I know Adobe Illustrator well and uploaded my own entire design instead of designing via their website.)

We received a stamp pad from Rubberstamps.com and immediately knew something was wrong when we had to stamp multiple times to get the stamp readable. Either it was not touching the paper and was not making enough contact with the paper, or if we pushed harder, the top portion would drop too much ink making it illegible due to smearing. We politely asked for a refund and we were offered 50% off a new one. Why would we want a new one that is defective?

This company has fast service and good customer service. The clear stamps are pretty decent quality. I am not able to use mine so I’m not sure how they hold up. I had submitted a picture of the words in the font I wanted so I could use the stamps on cards I wanted to make and sell. I followed the guidelines of larger stamp companies by using AI format. This did not work. I wasn’t able to submit the image in a vector format and the conversion to a picture did not work. The letters came out with the pixels(dots) in the words which makes it look like the lettering was computer generated. Lesson learned you can only use the fonts that they provide. However, I do not think with their copyright laws you can use them to make your own cards to sell.

I ordered a very large stamp that was slightly curved on the bottom so the stamp did not lay flat or print evenly on the paper. I emailed a complaint and was told that I shouldn’t have ordered that stamp. Really?? Why is it an option then?

Don't waste your money. I order a 2x3 block stamp. The block was the right size, but the text was 1"x1"! what a joke ! and forget customer service. Apparently the Rubber stamp company is so overwhelming popular, the just can't be bothered to take anyone's call do yourself a favor and find a different and honest company

Got exactly what I ordered online and was shipped fast! Great service!

I needed a small stamp to stamp Bismuth on non toxic shotshells. I then took a picture of the stylized word, uploaded the picture to the website. In two days I had the stamp perfectly made exactly like the picture. Five stars. Excellent company .

Support is horrible. I ordered something at 8:36pm, decided I wanted to add something extra to the order so I requested that I add something to my order at 9:50pm. They emailed me back 2 or 3 days later saying that since they only have a 1 hour window for returns or cancellations they won't change my order and I'll have to open a second order and pay shipping twice now. I was 14 minutes late, the order hasn't even started to be made yet according to their website, and I wanted to buy more stuff from them. How crazy is that? That's the most rigid thing I've ever heard

I ordered white ink and a stamp pad. The company emailed me before filling the order because they suspected I was going to use them together and that type of ink would not work successfully on my project. I would have been incredibly disappointed and out a good chunk of money because I ordered an extra large stamp pad. Thanks to this company I did not waste my money. I am very grateful for their honesty and excellent customer service. Though I didn't buy this time, I would absolutely consider them for any future stamp purchases.

Almost make a huge mistake and designed my stamps backwards...wasting ink and make a sloppy stamp. Customer service contacted me and advised me to invert everything. I'm so glad I did. They look great and it saved me a headache. Great customer service!

I haven't received the stamp/ink pad yet but the customer service at this place is wonderful. Louis was the person who went out of his way to make my experience easy. I'm sure the products they sell reflect this same commitment they have towards their customers.

This company does not issue refunds even when they do not send you the correct order.

I've been very pleased with all of my items purchased with rubberstamps.net. They have all been exactly as advertised and have gotten to me very quickly. The prices are unbeatable.

Poor customer service.
I tried to order a few stamps from their site. I spent a long while creating the stamps in their creator. More than two business days later (!!) they sent me a rudely worded email asking for me to FAX (who uses fax machines anymore) in reams of documentation about rights to logos used in the stamps.
I shopped around at a competitor and they completed the job easily, without hassle, and for a cheaper price.
Would recommend shopping around before wasting your time with these jokers.

I've used this company twice to create some custom rubber stamps for a project I'm working on, both time the order was received much quicker than I thought. The stamps are good quality with a high degree of detail. The ordering process off of the website is pretty straight-forward.. My design only required I upload an image but they also offer other option such as adding additional text and boarders. I look forward to using them again.
