Easy to obtain quote, turned up next day as promised and even swept up. Made getting rid of old fence easy . Excellent value.

Great service from this company - sensible pricing, the communication was professional and organised, Rich & Max turned up when they said, did a great job, polite and friendly and even swept up after! Highly recommended.

I contacted Rubbish2go yesterday, received a competitive quote quickly, and they collected our items next day. They even accommodated a few extra items we found after arranging the quote, for a small additional fee. To cap it off, today I received confirmation after collection, with a photo of the items on the truck. All in all I was very impressed with this company.

Rubbish2Go will park poorly, block pavements, abuse your neighbours and make a mess - all for a fair price.

I used this company for the first time, really great service. The quote was reasonable. The collection was quick. The customer advisors were really prompt and professional when I contacted them and the chaps who did the heavy lifting were really good. They are very careful and considerate when in your home. Thanks for a fab service. Will definitely use again when I clear out my loft area!!

I’ve used them twice and both times I was pleased with the service. Friendly and helpful staff, provided a 2hr time slot the day before, turn up on time and always stick to the quote provided. They worked fast and made sure everything was tidy as they left. Would use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The waste collection team showed on time (even 10 mins earlier) they collected everything that is agreed on. I made the payment once everything has been collected (unlike other waste collection companies, they usually ask you to pay during booking). They finished everything in 5 mins. I am very pleased with this service and if I need it in the future I will definitely use this company.

I hired this company to remove the rubbish and I was quoted £280. The driver came the next day and when asked for a final price he said it is quoted and will be the same. After loading the rubbish, he asked to pay £360. My guy also helped him to load the rubbish into the van. When spoke to the customer services they were rude and not helpful at all and threatened to unload the rubbish. Not a reliable and trust able company for any work. Avoid to face disappointments later.

Rubbish2Go have been my 'go to' solution rather than use skips... recommended to friends and family. I was therefore really disappointed that they tried to rip me off on the latest job - having agreed a price, including a rate for additional yardage, they turned up late, and with a full load already, meaning they would have to do my job in two trips (it wasn't a big job) and charge me for two trips instead of one! When I complained, they really didn't care, or even try to offer a solution. My advice to other customers; take care to agree a total fee up front and make it clear that you want the full job done in one trip, otherwise they will sting you and not think twice about it - loyalty counts for nothing with these guys, after all, there are pleny of other customers out there.
