I recently ordered from rubinetteriashop some items and unfortunately had a bad experience. Two items have flaws such as scratches :( It seems to me that one of them has already been used. Order #DNPFCCHNQ

I bought a foldable tap with Rubinetteriashop. Quality product, good price, efficient communication, and quick delivery. Excellent experience.

Bad experience.

- They don’t answer their emails on time.
- They never answered our phone calls.
- They said they’d use DHL, but they used GLS, a courier we never heard of.
- They promised delivery within 4 to 8 days. (15 to 19/10)
- we only received a tracking number on the 20/10, day 8 from the day of purchasing
- GLS didn’t answer our phone calls either, so we went to GLS’s office with the tracking number and they couldn’t tell where the package was, stating they wouldn’t know until the parcel had entered Spain.
- they also could not say when the delivery was expected

- Parcel only arrived to a distribution center outside Barcelona on the 22nd
- we received an email stating the delivery was scheduled for the 25/10.
- by that time we would have been gone, so we had to collect it from there personally, to get the items on time for our trip.

- My opinion was longer, explaining the intimidating emails, threats of legal action and insults.

- I’ve deleted all of that, seeing they have also deleted such comments from here too.

- I’ve increased my review from 1 to 2 stars, because we did get the items and they look good so far.

- but unfortunately, as a client, I was treated badly, and the worst is they never tried to investigate what went wrong and why we were not satisfied

Quick delivery, good overview for spare parts per product including partnumber

Bought 5 catridges for Zuchetti bathroom taps and one for Frattini kitchen tap. They accommodated my request to add additional items to my first order so that they could be delivered in sane package. The items were well packages and received with a week.

One item was missing in first package but they quickly followed up and delivered the item in less than a week. Overall, very satisfied with their customer service and product.

Great website and easy to use BUT…we ordered items based on the availability due to a pressured time program, and then found it arrived a week later. When we contacted the office for an update they refused to check and said they would only communicate via email.
A real shame as we had hoped to use them for the whole project.

On the Rubinetteriashop website I found what I need at great prices.
Excellent communication and fast sending.
Definitely to recommend.
