I bought a ring from Rubirox and the customer care from Ben was fantastic, they offered a 15% discount for any first order but I could not get it to work, I ordered the ring anyway and contacted them via email to let them know. Much to my surprise the next day Ben refunded me the 15% and got the ring dispatched that day by way of an apology, very impressive. The package was a bit delayed due to the couriers but Ben kept on checking the tracking for me and kept me updated. Very professional and a very personal service that you just don't get any more, I will definitely be back to Rubirox Jewellers!!

I got my nose pierced yesterday for free as part of a training day. I was a bit nervous considering it was for training and its my nose.

However, I had such an amazing experience. The ladies were lovely and very good. I felt completely comfortable and am very happy with the result.

What a company. Wanted a pearl necklace for a 21st birthday girl and stock had run out. Offered to restring one for me to get it to me quickly. Kept informed all the way. Was expecting two weeks and did it in two days. This is how all companies should act.Many thanks.

Excellent service from website order to delivery and product exactly as described.

I bought a pair of earring from Rubirox and was delight with the service and presentation of my earrings, they were presented in a beautiful gift bags with tissue paper. Making it feel really extra special even though the earings were a gift to myself. I know with confidence, if I were to ordered jewellery for a friend as a present, they would be delighted with the presentation too.

Ordered a Thomas Sabo bracelet online and given a delivery day and time, the item was delivered on the day and time stated, with regards to the bracelet its beautiful and worth every penny but more importantly my wife absolutally loves it,

The bracelet looked amazing on the website, however when I received it unfortunately it looked tacky and cheap - I wasn’t convinced that this was real silver as it mentioned on the product details.

I am afraid I returned the item, as it really isn’t work £70.00 in opinion.
