It's a fake company and bogus. I request to public please don't trust this company.

May be its a fake company. I ordered on 4th April it is stuck in transit for more than 4 weeks and they don't respond to emails. Mobile no. Is swtched off, I mailed to cancel my order but no reply from them

It is a fake company. My order is stuck in transit for more than 2 weeks and they don't respond to emails. I wanted to cancel, but now I think they won't refund the money.

Most of the reviewers have rightly mentioned about this store/company.
I too became a victim by trusting this Rajasthani store. Useless deceivers.

The phone number given is never to be lifted, making it a fake number

The whatsapp number is without the country code, eventually making it become utter fake

The VAT number is bogus and fake

The email contact is useless, because no one really cares.

Even though the site falsely states that their employees work tirelessly for customer satisfaction, there is not even a single person to respond your call or query.

They don't have COD option. This should have alarmed me, but I still trusted these Rajasthani bandits and eventually became a victim.

RUBNIC is absolutely fake, fraud, bogus and waste of time and money.
Never trust them. Never ever.

These RUBNIC children from unknown father's should be brought into notice by concerned authorities for their frauds and should be put into jail.

Wrong product delivered. They have deleted manufacturing date and expiry date.
Seems like an old expired product. Waste of money.

It's a scam company. Received wrong and damaged product. Neither they respond to the emails nor pick up the calls.

I ordered Dr.Batra hair colour on 30th Aug & 18th Sep .,my order was prepaid because they don't accept COD ,they confirmed me on Mail but till date I hv not received my goods

No acknowledgement and no date of delivery for my order of Rs 1698 for order of 2 packs of Batra's brown hair colour.

They are a scam company. I have ordered something. They delivered something else. They never respond. Do not buy anything from this store. Very unethical

Placed an order on this, order wasn't shipped even after a month from ordering date, later they canceled the order and said i would receive the refund within 7 days, no signs of it.

They are really bad at communication, customer service, and now they aren't replying to any of my mails, probably a scam company
