This is totally a fraud scam they scammed me as well a 999 pounds scam they did with me

FRAUD -a scammer company is using this website in a cloned state to take fake orders then use a fake company called clintopia to say order delayed then order lost in transit then both rubyandgrey.co.uk and clintopia dissapear without trace - im stuck in a dispute loop with Klarna who want troof ive contacted an uncontactable company! i believe this was a legititamate company at one point now a scammers paradise

I placed an order on rubyandgray.co.uk and paid £569.00. The payment was processed under the name Van Cabin Air Beds Ltd, a legitimate company that later confirmed via email they have no affiliation with the website and that their name was being used fraudulently.

The delivery was handled by a fake courier, Clintopia Transport, who marked the parcel as “out for delivery” before suddenly cancelling it. I was promised a refund—but of course, no refund ever came.

I have since contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback and reported the case to Action Fraud (UK police fraud division). I’ve also informed Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

This is a well-constructed scam, and many others have fallen victim to it.
Do not trust this website. If you've been affected, act fast—contact your bank and report it to the authorities.

ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!! ordered mobile phone,7th April, Clintopia Transport notified me on 14th April that it was lost in transit, and a full refund due in 3-5. Strange??, because on same day RubyandGray emailed stating the same thing. Are they the same company?. Its 10days on now and no refund, and no replies to emails. Going to the bank today to see who the payment went to, and will start actions. I Will!!! find who you are! Youve picked on the wrong person!!. Martin Lewis is next stop.

Receipt from a Van bed company in Plymouth from an online electrical store was the first white flag, as other claims the package was in the van on its way then surprise it got lost while in the van!
They used two legitimate company's as a front and even fake the tracking delivery, so not a bunch of amateur's! at least I did use my credit card thank god SCUM!!

We have been scammed.

They're frauds.
Sent emails from their own address claiming to be Clintopia. Items "lost in transit" on the day of delivery.
Uncontactable throughout.

Site'll probably be gone by next week, but claimed to be run by1 PRODUCT CHOICE LTD, company number 12625701.
Who knows, though.. bank statement said LIZHAR LTD

Pure scam I ordered a phone and it has not arrived , received a mail that the parcel is missing and would be refunded in 3 days,it's over two weeks no refund
