Total scam. Cannot get any answer to get my items refunded.

Absolute scam! I ordered what I thought was a great quality animal print bomber jacket in my usual size. Instead I got was a crepe thin low quality cropped jacket two sizes too small. It arrived a month after ordering and when I checked out their returns it was to Asia!! I thought I was ordering from an Irish company but it’s an absolute scam where you have to pay postage to somewhere in Asia to get a refund. Do not order from here!

Avoid this website!!!! Product of a very poor quality straight from China. Impossible to process a refund. Don’t waste your money!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Ordered a dress that did not resemble the picture on the website. Complete different colour, poor quality and no tags even attached. Took 3 weeks to come for an order within “Ireland”. Contacted customer service who said they don’t do refunds but could offer discount on another item from their store. When I pushed for a refund they said I would have to pay €30 to ship the item back to China which is where their warehouse is. Total scam not sure how their company is still operating.

I hate to have to give a 1 star rating as Ruby & Maeve don't deserve even that!!
Coat and top I ordered were absolutely dreadful and bore no resemblance, except for the colour, of the pics displayed on their website!!
An absolute total scam of a company and most definitely not an Irish Company based in Kerry.
I'm hoping to go through the refund process and if no success, straight to the charity shop. They may not even accept the items as quality is so bad.
Never again!!

Why did I not read these reviews first!!! Awful quality, the jacket I ordered is nothing like the pictures total scam!!

I’m raging I have to give it one star - it doesn’t even deserve that. This site is a complete scam. There is no boutique or shop - the photos of the products are completely different to what you receive . The items are sent from china / Asia , Ali express like, and are such poor quality (nothing like the pictures) all went straight in the bin ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !

IT'S A SCAM!
Do not order from here! This is not an Irish company. The listed items can be found on Shein for a fraction of the price and are the exact same products. The shipment comes from China, not Kerry. The website looks completely legitimate but don't be fooled.

If I could give a 0, I would. Totally misleading company, not from Kerry, orders are cheap flimsy clothing from China. Dpd do not deliver as stated on their website. Avoid at all costs.

It isnt what it claims to be. I ordered off this website because I thought they were Irish and claiming to be from county Kerry which they aren’t . The material of the clothes is so cheap and flimsy. They state in order to return the items you have to request it first by email which is definitely illegal. I have sent several emails to request a refund and nobody is getting back.

I ordered the leopard print jacket they advertise on all social media and received a shein like fleece. When I reached out I got the same response as everyone else. I have stated this is classed as fraudulent misrepresentation. I’m just wondering has anyone reported this fraudulent company to the Gardai or office of the director of corporate enforcement to be stopped?

The item I ordered was an elegant blouse - as per their description. The article delivered is a cheap material, wrong colour, sewn so badly you can't even get it over your head, unwearable blouse.
This is not an Irish company. Your orders reach a company in China. I'm not sure who the ladies are in the company photographs, definitely not from this company

Total scam. My own fault for not reading reviews but thought company was from Kerry!!!! Postage to China returns cost 30€ so options given to repurchase more crap at a discount 🤬

As if you would make the same mistake twice!!!

Dreadful company and not based in Kerry, based in Asia. Jacket was fleece and small, cheap and nothing like what was advertised.

They are NOT based in Kerry, Ireland as advertised. I bought a black top - for €39.99 ( It took weeks to arrive and terrible quality)
I wanted to return it as it didn’t fit right.
They offered to let me keep the top that didn’t fit properly and advised me to buy a second one. I declined their offer and then they offered 10% back so €3.99
Stuck with rubbish top. I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing.

Omg stay well clear of this company. I bought a Charlene trendy jacket for 39.99 and it took 14 days to get to me in laois I thought it was coming from Kerry but it came from Asia. It was very poor quality, a jacket from shein would be better quality. To return it I have to pay for shipping and any import taxes a joke. I will never buy from these again. Stay clear is my advice.😡
