Was very anxious about getting the right one, but made a good choice. The first month I noticed a little pressure on the bladder, but I quickly got used to it as I needed a firmer cup to protect from leaks. Took me 2 cycles to learn how to use it and now it takes me a few minutes to empty and reinsert it. My periods can be a bit heavy, so I had to learn how often I need to empty it before I leak. Be prepared to read and watch tutorials, that really helped me. I was worried about using it with a coil, but so far so good. I'm gently pulling it after breaking a suction, and folding it inside. Glad to ditch those itchy pads

For the first time in years, I’ve found period underwear that is actually comfortable.
The Flow Freedom is soft, cozy, and feels great on the skin, to the point that I honestly forget I’m on my period when I wear them.

I got my first Ruby Cup in 2015. There are lots of menstrual cup products on the market and it can be hard to choose, but I loved how Ruby Cup supports access to menstrual products for girls around the world. 10 years of happy use later, I figured I'd try something new and got a menstrual disc from another company. Terrible mistake! Leaking everywhere, messy application, and uncomfortable. Just ordered my second Ruby Cup and not looking back!

I was replacing a Ruby cup I’ve had for years and I’m so disappointed to find this is nothing like my original. It’s so much stiffer and therefore harder to use, so hard in fact I don’t think I can use it. It took 5 minutes to get out and left me in pain. I’ve used my old one happily for a long time but this is so different

Ruby cup was really good about communicating with me. Since I'm not from the UK, it took some time for my cup to ship due to all the regulations but throughout the whole process they kept me updated.

I ordered it and it arrived within the expcted amount of time without issues.

My third Ruby Cup in 13 years! I only use Ruby cups for period stuff and it saves hundreds of dollars and creates no environmental impact! About 4 yrs in it starts not sitting correctly and leaking at odd times so I know it’s time to get a new one. I recommend it 10000%. No hesitation at all.

Fab products that make periods a little bit more enjoyable and comfortable! I especially love the period pants - they are lined right up the back which is fab for sleeping (I’ve experienced leaks from previous brands). Would highly recommend

Great product, been using now for years with no issues. So much better than tampons and environmentally friendly, I love how when you buy a cup they donate a cup and help with period education. Customer service was great also

Ruby Cup ist great! I have already bought some also for friends because I like it so much. It does its job perfectly. After three birthes I needed the larger one. Material is long lasting und has a good quality. The handling is without problems. But what I realy like is that with every percase I donate a cup for a woman in the world who can not buy one herself and has no acess to period products.

When it is inside, the pin to get it out start irritating the skin around. It is dots on it, so I think this scratches the surface. I wore it for several days, but had to take it out as it is everything from comfortable. Used others and never had this problem before.

I was so excited to get my Ruby Cup in the mail, it got a bit lost but Customer Service was amazing at helping me get it all sorted. My Ruby Cup found me the next day without any more issues and no need for a new one to be sent.
It took me a few days to figure out how best to fold the Ruby Cup. I love that I can't notice it when I am using it and it was easy enough to use. I would definitely recommend using a Ruby Cup.

I've been using Ruby Cup for years (almost 10 years), and I could never go back to pads and tampons.

They have a great product in 2 sizes, and a good quiz that helps you find your size, with many colour options.

Also, for each cup you buy, they donate one to girls in need, which is beyond kind and something I definitely support!
