We hired RubyLemon for a recent event…

We hired RubyLemon for a recent event and were genuinely impressed. The team was professional, organized, and brought exactly the right energy. The entertainment looked amazing, and the staff were polished and reliable. Everything ran smoothly, and the guests loved it. Would definitely use them again.

The shift was seamless

The shift was seamless, people where fantastic to work with, the event planner was fabulous, and the wedding that I worked itself was gorgeous!

Lisa (who was my main point of contact) was super wonderful! Quick response, professional, and great communicator!

Superstars! Can’t wait to work together again.

Lisa was so great to coordinate with. I love that our phone call was quick and to the point — she immediately executed on what I needed.

Monica showed up and blew me away! I would have been so lost and stressed without her onsite. Monica was thoughtful, proactive, and exercised incredible judgment throughout the entire event. She was so easy to work with and I don’t know how I would have been able to pull this off without her.

We hired Ruby Lemon to handle one of…

We hired Ruby Lemon to handle one of the most important parts of our event. Making sure catering for 206 ppl was delivered on time, and safely to our event. Not only did they make that happen, they appointed Marqi to be our driver and set decor support, who was the epitome of calm and class. He helped keep me safe as I hung decor from a 10’ ladder and most importantly when something came up with picking up the catering he was resourceful and drama free. I truly appreciated Marqi’s demeanor and his responsiveness to the events needs. Well done Ruby Lemon! 👏👏🏿👏🏼

Experienced and thoughtful staff

The staff were very experienced and professional. Jessica and Monica were thoughtful and did not need much direction for my mom’s funeral luncheon. They took care of everything and were so respectful during our time of grief. I would definitely use Ruby Lemon for future events.

Never got paid for an event i worked…

Never got paid for an event i worked for them in December. It's April now ! It don't matter what they say about change of management etc etc..the point remains. You are not paying your employees, pretty much using/abusing our employee time, money and labor. They should be sued big time.

Amazing Team

Working for Ruby Lemon was an oustanding experience and proof on how strong team makes an event flow smoothly. The owner, Lisa, is very organized and has a tremendous care for her staff.
I highly recommend hiring Ruby Lemon staff and entertainment for any events!

My experience with Ruby Lemon exceeded my expectations!

My experience with Ruby Lemon was flawless! I worked with Lisa she was extremely professional. She understood exactly what we needed for our bachelorette party. Lisa was responsive and answered any questions I had very quickly.
Our party helper was Tadareius Johnson, he was excellent! I’m so glad I hired him to help out as he did such a great job! He was friendly, helpful, professional and also dressed in part for the party theme. I’m super grateful this service went smoothly and even better than expected! So glad I hired Ruby Lemon for my once in a lifetime party!

Bet place to work for

I have been working with RubyLemon for over three months, and I can confidently say that it is an excellent company to work for. Lisa is very respectful, understanding, and organized. The salary is competitive, and there are always opportunities for growth and to increase your bookings if you are motivated.

I would give it 0 or negative review if there was an option. The company doesn't care about the employees. It's been 3 months and they still haven't paid me. Do yourself a favor and work for other staffing company. There are maannyyy companies out there even online apps are better than them.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Both in the UK and USA. They don't pay their performers and regularly try underhanded tactics to to refuse payment after positive reviews from clients. Still waiting on payments from September and having to take legal action to try to secure it. Potential Performers and Clients alike should avoid.

No show with no communication

Had really positive communication before our wedding but on the day, with no notice, nobody showed up. No answer from their helpline. The next day we phoned and were told they'd broken down on the way but by email we were told there was staff sickness. Clearly they didn't have any excuse and were making stuff up.

Can't say how disappointing it was for our wedding.

We got the impression they don't actually book staff and rely on getting last minute people from local agencies the day before.

Despite chasing numerous times they refused to even have a conversation about how to make things right and handed us back and forth between customer service people in what felt like a well rehearsed routine to avoid us.

Do not trust this business!

Keep away from this company

My daughter who is a student in Manchester worked in October for a charity event and has still not been paid. Countless calls and messages with no reply. Do not use or work for this company!

Ruby Lemon won't pay money owed

Worked an event in mid September and have not been paid since and it is almost November. I have emailed countlessly and have even had correspondence with the owner who claimed she would get to the bottom of it. Lisa did nothing but ignore me and my emails. Do not work for this staffing company, you will not be paid.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I worked for ruby lemon on their shots team. Not only was I ignored mid shift when I had a medical emergency, my fiance my sister and my mother all rang to let them know I had to leave early to seek medical attention. I have yet to be payed and this was in August. I am owed a fair bit of money and have rang at least 40 times. The receptionist I speak too bless her heart has been absolutely wonderful in apologising and trying to get me through deserves 5* a possibly a box of chocolates for dealing with me so many times. On top of that the other staff didn’t show up for shifts I was left high and dry, no support or help in a place where there was a few hundred people, do not use this company and if your looking at working for them beware you will be either shorted on money or straight up not payed.

Do not use!!!!

Absolutely horrific company, please do not waste your money. Booked rubylemon for waitressing staff for our wedding on 14/09/24. Staff never arrived, was told by company “ oh thats odd, they had been sent”. They proceeded to tell us they would send another x 2 members but they never materialised. Ruined our wedding day, and to top it off took days of calling relentlessly to get our money back. Avoid at all costs!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Totally unreliable. Booked two servers and 10 mins before the party was told one server was unable to make it. Luckily people at the party helped to man the BBQ. I am still awaiting a refund. Have sent 3 e mails to remind them and nothing refunded yet.
