This company charges for delivery and…

This company charges for delivery and you have to pay full price for a return . Paid 5.95 delivery for a 70e dress and then had to pay 9e to return it . Would not order again . Most companies offer free returns or subsidise it . Cannot spend nearly 15e just to try in a dress.

Unfortunately most companies do not offer free or subsidised returns, what they actually do is add an extra percentage to each product to cover the cost of a return should it happen, which actually means items not returned end up being more expensive to cover those that do. If you take the 70e dress you mentioned and would like the company to pay the delivery and return costs for An Post, how much profit would be left for the company. If that dress was returned 3 times for example how long would a business survive? Delivery and return costs are part of an online business model, same as parking, petrol and time is spent going to a physical store, yet no one seems to complain about those. We are totally transparent on our pricing, we don't artificially add extras to our prices to cover free delivery or returns.

Really dreadful customer service

This boutique has a really dreadful customer service. They show no appreciation for custom and if you are a regular customer and return some items although keep a lot of items, they ban you from purchasing from the website altogether "because of the cost of packaging." They do this despite charging for delivery.

To do this to the best of our ability and ensure our company continues to do so we have terms and conditions which include the maximum time in which to return items for a refund as well as a fair usage policy, which is available on our website. All delivery charges we collect are used to pay for that delivery via our logistics partners, and are not income to us. Where we feel we can no longer match a customer’s particular expectations, or this policy is exceeded, we communicate with that customer to advise them of this, as it is no longer beneficial to either party.

I love Ruby Rouge and I loved the top

I love Ruby Rouge and I loved the top, it was delivered as usual well wrapped and very quickly, however I had previously purchased another top from the same brand, in the same size and it had just a bit more room, I'm keeping the top but would be more comfortable is there was the same amount of room in it . Women's clothing is very variable in sizing and even within the same brand a size can very a good bit. It would be great if each item is categorised as true to size, size up or size down to help consumers when choosing an item.

I’ve not received my order

I’ve not received my order, so therefore I’m a bit disappointed as I ordered over a week ago ( I am in the uk though )

I obviously cannot review the item of clothing.

Hopefully it will arrive soon and I’ll be happy !

Unfortunately due to new Customs regulations following BREXIT it has become increasingly difficult to send item to the UK, and this was the reason you didn't receive the item in a satisfactory timeline. As we have many loyal and happy customers there we have tried everything we can to improve the delivery service but to no avail, and as a result we can no longer ship to the UK. We hope this will change sometime in the future but as of now it is out of our hands.

Based in the U.K, first time ordering from Ireland so wasn't sure about sizes. Dress arrived in 5 days which was great. Perfect fit, I'm an uk 12, good quality and colour as seen on website. I'll definitely be buying from Ruby Rouge again.
