Do not buy from them. I ordered earrings and they never arrived. I had to ask the carrier to investigate where the pk was, and the place stopped answering my messages. They didn’t even answer the phone! It was all an ordeal . They said they would send them again but never answered the phone to give me a tracking number. I called and called and never got an answer. It was a biiiiig mess!!!

Great jewelry for the price. Very good quality diamonds. Definitely would buy again. Sometime requires follow up to check for updates and prompting. Hence 4/5. Apart from that. Excellent. Got my engagement ring shipped to NZ. Ruchita is very helpful and always a text away.

I had ordered natural diamonds from this company and they sent me Lab grown which is a fake diamond. I generally did not know that it is live ground. They have mentioned in the bill that it is leb grown diamond. But I did not know that it is not a diamond and it is not a diamond at all. Diamond shift is a natural diamond. They send fake diamonds by calling them lab ground diamonds. When I asked them to take it back they refused and also misbehaved with me and I told them that I want the original diamond. They cheated me, so before doing any deal with them the customer should check whether it is a diamond or not because lab ground diamond is not a natural diamond. This is a process stone not diamond.
