I have a really, really disappointing experience with rrst. After direct payment it look them more than 1 month to send my order. And above that I had to contact them myself frequently to inform why they still hadn't sent my order. They came up with all kinds of excuses. I'am a platinum member, but this was my last order. RRST I hoped you could treat your frequent buying customer with more respect. You just lost a loyal customer. I'am done!

I purchased rudrakshas and ratna brackets from Neeta mam and I already had some rudraksha with me. She made them into really beautiful armlets and pendant. But the most beautiful part about wearing these rudraksha is the changes in life and my perception that I have experienced. I can't put it in words. I felt like I was in some higher state of awareness. Felt so peaceful. Manifesting felt easy. I love my rudraksha and I can't live without them.

Worst online Rudraksha buying experience. Products quality is third class and once you pay them they will treat you like animals. Client coordinator is the worst. Has a condescending tone anytime you speak with him.

I don’t have words to explain how good they are at providing even better than shown in the pictures! I was astonished with the quality of packing they provided! I got some changes in many order several times and I texted tejal many times and she was so supportive! She assured me about the quality of the product and it’s authenticity and yes they are so authentic! I got a rudraksha bracelet, after receiving it from them I decided to buy rakhis from them and they promised me to deliver the rakhi by 20th july, but the rakhis got delivered on 15th july, much before than the promised time!
