I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Appalling service and they do not care about the dogs. They lost my order, paid express delivery, then it went out late, their delivery partner delivered it to someone else. Their customer service did not bother to reply for over a day and then despite me asking for a redelivery they simply refunded it. So I baked a cake for our dog’s 3rd birthday. Avoid these hopeless charlatans like the plague.
Ordered some goodies for my dogs birthday. They arrived quickly and I ordered a gift bag also. They look amazing and really well presented. Dogs also enjoyed them very much - will be back :)
My dog has just demolished the eclair , he absolutely loved it
The fat content is wildly high on these treats so I fed my dog a quarter of one and he threw it up again. He's good on most things so don't know what's in these that caused this.

Royal Mail messed up the delivery, I emailed the customer service and they immediately resend my order with DPD. Brilliant customer service! And my dog loves the donuts & macaroons! Highly recommend!
