Great support
Rufus Design built me a beautiful website, and have been hosting it for nearly 5 years. Great support when I needed to make changes, but day to day I don't need to think about my site as Rufus take care of everything!

Not to be trusted
We have worked with this company for a while, recently they went to work with a former colleague on a site advertising former clients which they must of built. Seems the information has been stolen and passed on to them as its advertised on the website and using information from us to hand over to them.
Worth noting they were paid to set up emails and after several months of chasing, they still dont work. After asking simply to have a look just blocks my number.
On top of that on requesting a handover after suspecting what they were doing as Rufus were never bothering to come back to us and at times waiting for 24-48 hours to even get a single response, just sent over an email with barely any information on it
A company not worth trusting. We always paid, just poorly looked after. certainly wouldnt recomend and be careful!
