Rufus Rugs 

I had a great experience working with the Rufus Rugs team to create my rug!

Communication was excellent and felt personal. I was able to ask a lot of questions and would always get a straight answer. Updates on my rug's progress came regularly and they were very transparent about potential issues and possible solutions. My expectations were set well with the mock up drawing of my rug, which was well done based off the image I was wanting. I was always consulted for design changes to make sure I would be happy with the final product.

I felt the price for my rug was very reasonable and was happy with how smoothly the payment was handled.
The delivery was smooth, actually arriving a bit earlier than expected, and I was happy with the check in after the delivery to make sure everything went well and I was fully satisfied. The quality of my rug was great and everything I was expecting.

Overall, I was very happy with my rug and my experience getting it! Should I ever need another custom rug in the future, I will definitely be coming back to Rufus Rugs.

We had quite the trouble with the first delivery carrier, who lost or diposit the delivery without reaching out to us, but the support from this company helped us fast and highly skilled, so we could call the rug our with the second attempt.

I ordered a rug and had contact with Rufus rugs via email. We discussed what i wanted and they delivered. I showed them an example what i would like to have te rug look like and they made a digital drawing of it. After some small alterations in form and colour it was perfect and they kept themself to it. It looks great. Manufacture time was within the promised time (5 weeks). Delivery was also fast. Only problem was that they dropped it off at the local pick up point and not at my house so when they said it was delivered i was like were is it? This was more on the delivery company tho and I picked it up a day later. All in all a 10/10 from me.
