You have to fight to get your money back - appalling service
The saga with this company continues. Promised a refund (got the confirmation email). Refund did not happen - contacted them again today - got the usual narrative that due to system errors the refund had not been processed. Promised it would happen straight away and an email to confirm would follow....nothing of course happened. Now had to raise this with my credit card company. Appalling customer care!!

Sale scam
Listed as huge sales with the likes of 69% off and more. After looking around for a runner the prices seem to be closer to the market value and no where near the reduction mentioned. Other sites also quote sales but maybe not to the same extent and all the prices seem to be similar for the same sizes.
