Delivery on time and excellent quality of rugby top. However couldn't get the top over my grandsons head. Had to return the top to the local shop. No issues. Awaiting refund.

Used Rugby Heaven for the first time…

Used Rugby Heaven for the first time and so far they have been excellent. They stocked the extra wide Rugby boots I was looking for as my son has wide feet. The boots arrived quickly on a 48hr delivery. Their after sales support has been good too; I was able to get a swift resolution to my query. Their website is great with more rugby gear than you could wish for

I always use your company to purchase…

I always use your company to purchase rugby gear, however I have not received my package. This where it get interesting. Royal Mail has stated it’s been delivered however by asking several people the package is no where to be seen….

I ordered 3 items

I ordered 3 items. In response, I was told that due to an error, all items are no longer available. However, instead of 111 euros, I was only refunded 99 euros. Thanks for nothing. Total rip-off..
Update 04.07.26. Even though the items aren't available. The issue was resolved quickly and easily. The communication is very good and fast, so I've updated my review.

After looking into this, we can see that all three items were unfortunately unavailable due to a system error, and when your refund was processed, the postage charge was not included correctly. This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologise.

We have now rectified this and refunded the remaining postage amount back to you. The rest of your refund is on the way and should appear back on your original payment method shortly, depending on your bank or payment provider.
