Avoid at all costs! Send out faulty items and then try and avoid paying you the full refund when you return the items. Also charged for me for the original delivery even though the items they sent out were faulty.

Update - Further to rugby stores reply, the reason for my complaint is that in the first instance they did NOT give me a full refund. It was less than I was due as their systems had refunded me at a lower price. If I hadn't checked I would have lost money. I accept the fact that I didn't return the promotional item and i didn't have any issue with that so I'm not sure why they've felt the need to point that out. There's also the fact that I still got charged for the original delivery for an item that was faulty.

Order process was quick and easy, fast delivery, even when I selected standard delivery option. Once items arrived the jacket was too big, I contacted the customer service via the contact us form on their website and they got back to me within a couple of hours. The individual I was speaking with via email was very friendly and professional going out of her way to assist me with organising an exchange. The new item was dispatched the day they received the original and was with me the next day. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered a customised scotland rugby jersey with next day delivery.

Incorrectly read the Ts&Cs which clearly state that any custom shirts will take 3-5 days longer. I called up, was greeted by the loveliest woman called Gaye, who immediately looked up my item, sorted my order and got the delivery shipped for the next day. Faultless customer service, and Gaye especially was exactly what you hope for when you call up a company! 5 stars all day

Placed an order for a printed england rugby shirt needed at short notice for a friend's 60th birthday party. I was informed that an extra 3 to 5 days would need to be accounted for before delivery.
However the item was dispatched the same day and delivered within 24hrs.

Outstanding service communication and value. Highly reccomended to all thank again for your service.

Fantastic company to buy from. Ordered a Scottish Rugby Team shirt from them for my late father's funeral. Called to ask what the turnover was like for delivery on a personalised item and was told it would be dispatched asap and the kind lady I spoke to on the phone said she would personally keep an eye on it during the day. Arrived within the week and I am so happy with the quality of the item. I know my dad would have absolutely loved it and it was great to be able to display during his funeral service. Great service, compassion and professionalism all round.

Not recommended for International Delivery. Maybe okay for UK. They use Royal Mail which outside UK pass on to not great couriers and they are difficult to track. In addition to the 35 gbp delivery I was then charged again locally (in UAE) for delivery plus customs clearance costs. Products are good however hence the 2 stars but just not good value due to long wait, bad courier services and delivery costs. Simply using a better courier internationally (of which there are many) could eliminate this problem.

I bought a pair of mizuno Boots that I was unable to find anywhere else in the correct size the Boots where also on sale and cheaper than anywhere else also. They arrived today no problems . I was worried after seeing a couple of the reviews but I couldn't be happier

Have emailed me multiple times a day for over a month about "Items left in my cart"

I'm so glad I never managed to order from this shitshow of a company.

I ordered a 2025 British & Irish Lions shirt for my wife costing £30. The price was comparable to other outlet stores as the tour was long-finished.

The item I received was a fake (I have a genuine one myself and the difference is night and day). The material is extremely cheap/thin and the logos are low resolution prints of the originals.

Upon opening the parcel I immediately contacted their customer support, who replied asking me to send the item back (at my own cost) to China before they would issue a refund.

Obviously I'm not going to do that and lose more money as this company clearly cannot be trusted.

Please larn from my experience and do not use this website. I cannot believe they have not been shut down for selling counterfeit goods.

I contacted Rugbystore to enquiry if they would be getting any of the Scotland special edition shirts. The lovely staff advised that they were due in and the date that they were due to go on sale. So delighted I managed to get one, just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful ladies that work at Rugbystore, you never disappoint. Always receive the best service!

This is a scam website. They have obviously taken a low res picture and printed it on a cheap shirt. They have fake labels this should be banned

Do not use this web-site as the product comes from China eventually but is terrible and inferior quality and so fake I have never seen such a bad copy!!

Honestly, do not touch this site!!

After seeing the number of one stars on here, I was skeptical buying from RugbyStore but I did anyway. In all honesty, I couldn’t believe the bad reviews!! My shopping experience was great with a huge choice of what I wanted, I purchased quite a a big order and they had it packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery was super quick and all my clothes came as described and packaged very well!!

I had to return an item as I ordered 2 different sizes and my refund has been issued back to me within 6 days!! Very impressed and would definitely buy from this company again. Glad I took the risk. Thanks RugbyStore.
